Podcaster. A podcaster known as Arbrill has opined that about 95 percent of ladies living in Lagos are engaging in ‘hookup’. She made the assertion in a recent episode of her “Rated Eighteen” podcast as she argued that in modern day Lagos, it is difficult to see a who doesn’t engage in the act.
