Ashraf Sanusi, the son of former Emir of Kano Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, speaks out after lady was arrested for defrauding a German man of 220,000 dollars after promising to marry him.

It was earlier reported that the 21-year-old Lagos model had promised to become wife to a man of German descent who sold his properties to send her the proceeds. They money, according to reports, was meant to be used by the lady to buy a house in Nigeria where he and the German would both live as married couple, and the rest for a joint business outfit.

The lady had instead used the cash to sort her various needs. Ashraf Sanusi who reacted to the reports posited that, technically, the lady hadn’t done anything illegal; although what she had done was morally had. He noted that there aren’t always laws for immorality and the lady shouldn’t have been arrested. See his post below:

He was quoted as saying: ”Give me five years, I will be bigger than all the celebrities in Nigeria.
“All the celebrities in Nigeria that have been verified are not up to 10. Most of them have fake verification that they use. I have followers more than them. They buy the followers” he said in pidgin while holding a cigarrete.”

Man cries out as lady takes his picture to church after ‘mistakenly’ promising her marriage

Embattled young man cries out for help on how to detangle himself from a lady he once promised marriage that took his picture to church.

According to a Twitter user identified as @Alinwakingsley, he made advances to a lady once with an assurance of putting a ring on her finger during the coming Easter celebration.
Fortunately for him, the lady has been taking his picture to church to pray for their union to be sealed.
“Please you people should help me and tell this girl to stop carrying my picture to church for pastor to pray for me to marry her because I mistakenly said I will in Easter. I think we all know that when you go to market, not all the goods you price there you end up buying 🤕,” he wrote in a tweet.
