A mother of three surprises her son with a sack of cement as his new bag after losing his school bag for the umpteenth time. A video making the rounds on social media captured the moment a fed-up mother decided to teach her son a lesson on the need to be more careful with his properties.

According to the woman, her son loses his school bag almost every session and she replaces it for him without thinking twice. However, she decided to do things differently this time by getting him a piece of cement sack which would hold his books and won’t cost her much in case he loses it again. The young boy lost his temper while crying out his soul as he worries about the shame of going to school with a cement sack instead of his usual fancy backpack.

Student meets teacher 15-years after school

A photo of a young man who used to be a student and his teacher from his former school has gone viral causing a stir on social media. The two photos shared in a photo slide have disclosed that the teacher taught the student as far back as 2008. The teacher was seen standing close to her student in the first picture with her hands wrapped around the student. In the new photo which dates from 2023, the student of the teacher was seen all grown and taller than his teacher. Nigerian mum cries out over images in primary school textbook

A Nigerian mother has raised an alarm over the images she came across in a textbook meant for kids. The Facebook user with the username Omenka2hot advised parents and guardians to ensure that they always go through their kids’ textbooks. “Sometimes please make out time and go through your children’s textbooks because I don’t understand what this life is turning into. What is this now”, she wrote. The page she displayed used images to describe the different forms of family that exist. The first image was that of a man, a woman and two kids, followed by another showing grandparents and grandchildren. The last two images displayed two fathers and a child and two mothers and a child as other forms of family. Agu Prettyjane reacted: “There is nothing hard dere, we have nuclear ND extended family, so dat picture will make d children understand faster.” Chidera Fransisca said: “I saw one that described lovemaking as when mum will lie down and dad lie on top of her. A Corps member has tearfully shared a picture of the rejection letter she had gotten from her PPA. It was reported that she had gone to the PPA to plead to be rejected due to personal reasons. However, things took a wrong turn after she got her rejection letter from the school she was posted. According to the letter, she showed up at the school with a very nasty attitude and they were rejecting her because she wasn’t ready to work. The rejection letter reads: “RE: NYSC CORP MEMBER “We write to notify you that Miss(Name withheld) with the call-up number (withheld) reported to our school on 2nd June 2023 and was accepted to serve with us. “However, she requested for a rejection letter, which the school did not oblige her but referred her to the LGI. The corp member reported thereafter on the 6th of June with a nasty attitude to the proprietress of the school and also requested for a rejection letter again. On this note, We are giving her a rejection letter because her attitude shows that she is not ready to work. Note: Her messages to the proprietress. “Good morning madam. This is Angel, The corp member that came to your school.
