A team lead took to his Twitter to reveal how he didn’t sack his colleague, choosing to show him kindness at the last minute. In a lengthy post he made on his Twitter page, @cyberomin, he explained the events. He explained how when he used to be a team lead he had a colleague who refused to pull his weight during work despite being called out numerous times. The team lead knew his capability so he was surprised about his negligence to his work. However, after numerous attempts to get him to do better without success, he decided to let him go. However, last minute, he chose to ask him what was wrong to which the colleague confided in him and explained how his mother had cancer and he had become her caregiver as well as responsible for her medical bills. He gave him two weeks off and filled in for him. The team lead has emphasized the need to show more kindness and has expressed gratitude for not sacking him. See post below… 
Cristian Stellini has been sacked by Tottenham after a humiliating 6-1 defeat to Newcastle on Sunday, April 23. 
Stellini took over on an interim basis on March 26 after Antonio Conte was sacked. In a statement confirming his sack, Tottenham stated that Sunday’s performance against Newcastle was wholly unacceptable and was devastating to see. A statement from Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy read; “Sunday’s performance against Newcastle was wholly unacceptable. It was devastating to see. We can look at many reasons why it happened and whilst myself, the Board, the coaches and players must all take collective responsibility, ultimately the responsibility is mine. “Cristian will leave his current role along with his coaching staff. Cristian stepped in at a difficult point in our season and I want to thank him for the professional manner in which he and his coaching staff have conducted themselves during such a challenging time. We wish him and his staff well.” 
Chelsea’s inability to get a win in the match has left them languishing in 10th place, with 10 points adrift from the Premier League top four. Potter who spoke to reporters after the match, said they were forced to make changes after their 1-0 Champions League defeat to Borussia Dortmund. He said; “You have to see it for what it is. We had to make some changes because of the Champions League. “We’ve had to make some changes because of the situation we’re in and boys coming back from injury. When you make those changes, it can be difficult against a team that is well prepared.” 
Agbonlahor however accused Potter of only “complaining.” He told talkSPORT; “He should be sacked for that post-match interview. “What are you talking about? They haven’t got a manager, you’re playing a team in disarray who can’t get back-to-back wins together. “You’re complaining that you’ve had to bring Mykhailo Mudryk off the bench and start Joao Felix? Davido‘s cousin emphasized how his father won and nothing would change it this time no matter the struggle and false claims. “Two judgements issued today at the tribunal. One in favor of PDP.
