BBNaija star, Doyin says she’s not under pressure to undergo BBL surgery as her brand is based on her intellect. She said this while speaking on an interview with Punch Saturday Beats.

According to Doyin, she hasn’t faced any humiliation for being a slim lady and has, as a result, never felt any pressure to enhance her body. The reality star and podcaster stated that her brand doesn’t depend on how she looks but her intellect. “I have not faced any pressure or discrimination as a slim lady. Looks do not really matter, because my brain does everything. In my opinion, the BBL trend is fading out. My brand is not based on how I look; it is based on my intellect and what value I have to bring to the table,” she said.

Falz reacts to criticisms trailing his abroad knee surgery

Popular rap star, Folarin Falana better known professionally as Falz reacts to criticisms from Bashir El-Rufai and APC supporters following his abroad knee surgery. It was earlier reported that the musician had revealed that he had undergone a knee surgery in UK after sustaining an injury while playing football last year.

Bashir El-Rufai, the son of the governor of Kaduna state, ridicules ace rapper, Falz for traveling abroad to undergo his knee surgery. You may recall that the ‘Soft Work’ crooner had gone online to reveal that he had sustained a knee injury last year while playing football and had to undergo a surgical procedure to fix it.

Bashir who reacted to this decided to mock him for going abroad to get the procedure done. According to Bashir, Falz being a freedom fighter had gone abroad to get his knees fixed rather than going to the Lagos state University Teaching Hospital to get the surgery done. “UK? Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz has begged for prayers as he undergoes surgery in London, United Kingdom. Falz disclosed this in an emotional video posted via his instagram page. He stated that he sustained a knee injury last year while playing football and was asked to go for surgery.

Falz narrated: “On the 23rd of November I went to play football and I sustained a knee injury. And it’s pretty serious. On November 30th, 2022, I did my ACL. “My MRI came back and it shows that there is a complete tear on my ACL. I have been advised to go into surgery to fix it”. Oba The royal family of Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi has debunked rumors of one of the monarch’s wives, Oloro Sekinat battling for her life. The rumors were initially reported by blogger Cutie Julls, who alleged that the queen underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery and was now fighting for her life overseas.

In response to the allegations, the palace released a press statement on Monday, denouncing the rumors as false and the product of “wicked imagination.” The statement confirmed that Oloro Sekinat is in good health and is going about her royal duties as usual. We wish to state unequivocally that the news is false, baseless, and the product of the wicked imagination of the authors.” The statement further expressed gratitude to friends and family members who have shown concern for the monarch’s family and assured the public that legal action would be taken against anyone spreading false rumors about the royal family. “We appreciate the love and concern of our friends and well-wishers who have shown genuine concern for the health and wellbeing of our beloved Olori. We wish to state categorically that she is hale and hearty and going about her royal business as usual. American veteran singer, Toni Braxton has revealed that she had a health scare and had to undergo an emergency traumatic heart surgery. The 55-year-old star shared that she has been hospitalized more times than she cared to admit and must have undermined the importance of regular health checks.

Braxton said: “I kept putting it off thinking, ‘Oh, I’m fine. I’ll be okay.’ But my doctor was persistent, and I went to get tested in the last week of September. I did a specialized test, and they looked at my heart and saw some abnormalities,” the Braxton Family Values star said.

And I thought I was just sad because, unfortunately, my sister, Traci Braxton had just passed, and I thought, ‘Wow, I’m really aching in my heart for my sister.’ And come to find out, of course, I was sad about my sister, but I also had underlying health issues. It was my body talking to me, telling me something’s not quite right.”

Despite undergoing medical surgery, a fan who is a strong admirer of the famous Afrobeat musician Davido expresses determination to attend his Timeless concert.

A Twitter user identified as Samuel Otigba took to the platform to emphasize the need to break away from the hospital and attend Davido’s show. “I’ve begged this woman to let me go for Davido’s timeless concert today after my surgery yesterday.
