He continued, “For me, Real Madrid is, above all, a family. The atmosphere that this club generates around it is very familial, starting with the president. “Each of us gets the best out of ourselves because we work in a family environment,” Ancelotti added. Why some men are threatened by successful women

Why some men are threatened by successful women - Ini Edo

Nollywood actress Ini Obong Edo addresses why some men perceive ‘overly successful’ women as threats to their role as the head of the household. According to Ini Edo during a chat on the latest episode of Toke Makinwa‘s podcast, men often favour women who are submissive and can be easily ‘controlled.’

Why some men are threatened by successful women - Ini Edo

Personally, the actress stated her preference for being a “queen” and emphasized her reluctance to dominate a man. Ini highlighted the challenge of finding men who comprehend that successful women do not pose a threat to their position as the head of the household. In her words; “Some men are threatened by women’s strength. Because we can come off as if we are doing too much. First of all, you’re a woman, you’re beautiful, you’re here and there… “Naturally, men want to see you [women] not so overly successful just so that they can pull you around, you can be the woman, cook and clean and do all the basic things that they’ve grown up to know is expected of women. “So when you get too strong, it’s almost like you’re competing with their ego. But the truth is, like I always say, I like to be the queen. I’m not a woman who is looking to subdue any man or ride over any man. “No matter how successful I get, I don’t think I would like to have a man that I am lording over. Then what is the beauty of it? I mean, the beauty of it is me walking beside my man and he giving me instructions and protecting me.”

Everton to face another nine-point deduction if Burnley, Leicester, Leeds are successful with £300m compensation claim

Everton could face further nine-point deduction if Burnley, Leicester, Leeds are successful with their £300m compensation claim. Everton’s prospective buyers 777Partners had committed to providing £20 million per month to support the club’s running costs during the Premier League’s assessment of their takeover bid. However, they may not be willing to cover a compensation cost reaching tens of millions of pounds. The deal between Farhad Moshiri and 777 in September includes clauses reducing the sale price significantly if Everton is instructed to pay compensation or faces relegation. According to Mail Sports, the compensation claim initiated by Burnley, Leicester and Leeds, could amount to £100 million each, based on the loss of Premier League income during seasons when Everton overspent. If Everton fails to address these challenges, it could become the third club in Premier League history to suffer points deductions. They will follow Middlesbrough, who suffered such fate in 1997 and Portsmouth in 2010. Both teams were also subsequently relegated.

Senator Godswill Akpabio Recall that on Monday, the Imo Governor who chaired a small technical committee to help coordinate the process of Tuesday’s election in the Senate and the House of Representatives said his team is hopeful of a landslide victory for the Akpabio. However, Akpabio emerged as the winner to beat his contender, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, both members of the All Progressives Congress (APC). With this, President Bola Tinubu most likely has fulfilled his deal to make sure the former governor of Akwa Ibom State becomes president of the senate after stepping down for him to win the presidential primary of the All Progressives Congress.
