A man has urged netizens never to give up on their dreams as he shares how he grew from being an average job seeker to becoming a CEO with employed workers under him. The man who sought to inspire youths on the power of resilience took to his TikTok page to share the advice.

One part of the video showed him looking frail and broke and he explained via his caption that it was a photo of himself after he had failed an interview and had nothing on him.
