Adekunle Temitope, also known as Small Doctor, is a Nigerian singer. He lost everything to a destructive fire that destroyed his home. A widely shared video depicts the flames consuming the singer’s possessions worth millions of naira. People can be seen in the video putting up a great effort to save what’s left of the terribly destroyed house. On his Instagram, Small Doctor confirmed the fire occurrence and thanked God for life and safety. The Afro-pop musician saw the loss of property as a sign of bigger things to come in his post. “No pressure for the Lord is with me,” he wrote, adding “that no life was lost”. “Ile Alaafin to jo, ewa lo bu kun, that is to say king house wey burn na make beautification fit plenty,” the post reads in part.
