In response, the young lady fired back saying, “That’s why I’m not and can never be your wife.” The young man, who was unwilling to let the issue slide without a response, wrote, “You don’t have what it takes to be my wife.” See the banter between the young lady and the man below.

Read some reactions from other social media users. @Morri_and the_bird commented, “You people are suffering in Lagos sha”. @Dixta also commented, “Truthfully speaking, this isn’t nice enough for 15k. You look good, BTW.” @The boy is good: “You do 15k makeup, wear clothes to advertise your [email protected] just to get men’s attention. Dem gives you attention, chops your clean mouth, and still throws you into the trash by moving on. What’s your gain Kofoworola?” @Alphaoteri: commented, “No. But as he tweeted, God will not allow me to date a woman that has to spend so much to look pretty for just one day. Forget the amount. It Screams, has no sense of value, and insecurities… (MY own thoughts) don’t come after me.”

Udo’s father in the chat said, “Udochukwu stop these madness and foolish posts. they will take you no where good. “Everything that is of great value is covered and not easily accessible. Don’t you think your body is valuable? Stop embarrassing us with your life choices. God love you and we love you too.”

The young lady, however, wasn’t having it as she blamed her parents for not asking about her mental health, and well-being other than feeding off her downsides. “You said that you are surprised over my reply. I really cannot deal with this right now. Whether you like it or not, I do not think my value is tied to whether I wear cloth or not. “You pile on the condemnation and it’s tiring. Have you ever asked about my mental health? How I am coping? It’s always nitpicking and fault-finding and I really can’t deal. I am not you, I will never be you,” she wrote in response to her father.

Peter Obi addresses his supporters on how to express themselves amid verbal clashes

Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has appealed to his supporters to express themselves with grace ‘so as not to precipitately shut doors to future collaborations on sustainable nation-building’.
He also implored them to be tolerant of other people’s views, dissent and divergent opinions.

Mr Obi’s message follows the unending verbal clashes between his supporters and non-supporters of his presidential bid.
On Twitter, the former governor of Anambra State wrote: “I sincerely thank my supporters for believing in me and my commitment to building a united, secure and well-functioning Nigeria. However, I appeal once more that we should be tolerant of other people’s views, dissent and divergent opinions & possibly learn from them.
“While the frustration and anger in the country is understandable, we must strive to channel that energy positively in ways that will earn the support and collaboration of others.
“Even as our message continues to gain broad acceptance, there are some we still need to work to convince. In expressing ourselves, we should do so with grace so as not to precipitately shut doors to future collaborations on sustainable nation-building.”
