She emphasized her concern about being held accountable for any potential misdeeds committed by these individuals in the pursuit of employment. The actress, known for her outspoken nature, shared her thoughts on the matter, aiming to shed light on the potential risks and consequences that can arise from blindly offering job connections. She wrote; “I still don’t understand this concept… Maybe I am overthinking rationally. But how can a total stranger Dm you to help them look for a job, now first it’s ok if I know you to an extent?
But a total stranger asking me to use my connections to get you a job, I don’t know your background.
You may go and commit a crime (you could steal, kill, dupe, plan a kidnap and the list goes on). “Who do you think they will HOLD? My darlings e get where begging suppose to stop and this is on dawg!!
And to think some women will be begging to look for jobs for their husbands a few mins after you have sent me a picture of your bartered face.
Wooooooh Jesus take the wheels”.   See below;

Police arrest seven in connection to officer’s death in Ibadan clash

Seven suspects have been apprehended by the police in connection to a conflict in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo state, which resulted in the death of an officer. According to Adewale Osifeso, the police spokesperson in the state, one of the suspected hoodlums attempted to take the officer’s gun, hitting him on the head, which ultimately led to his death. Osifeso also disclosed that the police operatives from Moniya Area Command, under the Oyo State Police Command, were attacked while performing their duties on a lawful intelligence-led Stop and Search near a significant black spot. Furthermore, the police have confiscated 12 motorcycles from suspects involved in the incident. The event occurred when the team of operatives, led by Inspector Stanley Ikhine, was on patrol, and they stopped an ash-colored Lexus 350 Jeep with an almost-erased number. The vehicle initially complied with the officers’ orders but then rapidly accelerated, evading the officers on duty. This suspicious action resulted in the police pursuing the vehicle. A few meters from the initial stoppage point, the Jeep turned off the road into a nearby garage, where it was taken by waiting hoodlums who were also involved in the criminal process, obstructing the officers from performing their duties and aiding the SUV and its occupants’ escape. The hoodlums unprovokedly attacked the officers and attempted to take a rifle from one of them. In the process, a shot was discharged from the barrel, and unfortunately, the brave officer paid the ultimate price, receiving a severe blow to his skull from one of the hoodlums while preventing them from taking his firearm. The officer’s remains have been deposited at the state morgue in Ibadan.

The driver (Andrew Nice) of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) that was boarded by late, Oluwabamise Ayanwole has shared his side of the story while dissociating himself with her killers.

According to the 47-year-old suspect, he picked up Bamise from Chevron and three other male passengers at Agungi, Lagos. He said while they were moving, the guys he picked up from Agungi brought out weapons and ordered him to stop after the overhead bridge.
He further explained that he was gripped by fear and this made him obey all their instructions.

When asked why he drove off, he said he thought the lady was still inside the vehicle unaware that she had already been dragged down. He affirmed that they were just passengers and have no connection with them.
In his words:
“When those guys showed me the weapon, I was kind of, I can’t be myself anymore. Fear has come in me. Whatever he told me was what I do. When I followed that Carter bridge, after the overhead bridge, they ordered me to stop them.”
“They ordered me to stop and said I should open the door. When I opened the door, they came down and started dragging her. When I saw she was crying for help, I was helpless. I was thinking she was inside the vehicle holding the iron. Sir, I moved on”. That’s the truth sir. I have no connection with any one of them, there were just passengers”
