Man calls out chef Dammy, questions her decision to sign N1 million deal with pleasure toy company

A Nigerian man identified as @Chrisblin on Twitter has call out popular Nigerian chef Damilola Adeparusi, widely known as Chef Dammy, for accepting a N1 million gift from the herbal company Fekomi. The company presented the monetary gift to Chef Dammy in response to relentless online trolls that have targeted and mocked her. Expressing his astonishment and disappointment, Chrisblin questioned why Chef Dammy, who was previously revered by many as a symbol of Christian values and moral conduct, would associate herself with Fekomi, a company involved in the sale of pleasure toys. He wrote; “Wait, Chef Dammy, who was hailed as the yardstick of morality and face of Christianity, has gone to sign a N1M deal with a sex toy company? ‘Satan, you do this one.” @Larrynextstreet said; “I asked when I saw the ambassadorial picture and asked if her pastor will allow her post things like that.” @etims_couture said; “A person said they want to cook for 120 hours which is 5 days and she did it in 3 days, how’s that Christianly of her? “She’s definitely not representing God.” @Jdadi_ said; “This chef dammy’s latest move is the same view i have of the muslim girl that ‘they’ converted recently but kept her long nails & nothing was said.Are they saying dhe wont pick up her hook.up calls anymore?” @Sir_franklyn said; “I remembered when they said a born again Christian deserved to hold the award as Hilda Baci was the child of the world.. Guess who is now the ambassador of sex toys? Her pastor fit even be her manager.” @Mima_Gift sai said; “Chef Dammy is the female portable, always in the news for the wrong reasons.” @oluwamedina said; “Lol I told someone that we all are going to hell cause I just don’t understand the world again.” @Gazelle_____ said; “Lmaooo, they said it’s a gift and not a deal but imo as the “righteous one” she wasn’t supposed to accept it.” See below;

FIFA bans Al-Nassr from registering new players over Ahmed Musa deal

Saudi Arabia club, Al-Nassr have been hit with a FIFA ban preventing them from registering new players. The Saudi Arabian team, which has won the Kingdom’s league title nine times, made headlines when they signed the former Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo last season. Ronaldo’s high-profile move to the Gulf state has attracted other stars to the region.

There have also been rumours linking Italy international Domenico Berardi and Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech to the club. It has however come at a cost, as they’ve now been banned from registering new players by FIFA. The Sun reported that the ban stems from the club’s failure to pay Championship side Leicester City add-ons related to the transfer of Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa. Musa joined Leicester immediately after their historic title win in 2016 but struggled to make an impact in England, scoring only five goals in 33 appearances. He was subsequently loaned back to his former club CSKA Moscow before being sold to Al-Nassr for a reported fee of £14 million in 2018.

FIFA’s ruling states that Al-Nassr failed to pay €460,000 (£390,000) plus interest in performance-related add-ons owed to Leicester City. The initial ruling was issued in October 2021, with Al-Nassr being warned that a transfer registration ban would be imposed if they failed to settle the outstanding amount. It appears the club has not complied with the ruling, resulting in the registration ban being enforced. This ban applies to both domestic and international transfers, meaning Al-Nassr cannot register players from abroad at the moment. FIFA’s original ruling stated the ban would cover three consecutive transfer windows. Al-Nassr have also been warned that the matter would be referred to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee if Leicester City remained unpaid by the end of the ban. Al-Nassr has since indicated that the issue arose before the club’s acquisition by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). They have reassured that such issues will not occur again under the new club structure, and the payment owed to Leicester for Musa’s transfer will be promptly settled to lift the ban.

Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign England midfielder Mason Mount from Chelsea on a five-year contract for £55m, plus £5m in add-ons. Source: AFP Having rejected three bids from United for Mount, Chelsea agreed to a transfer that will see them receive a £55 million fixed fee, with the potential of £5 million in add-ons which are strongly dependent on appearances and success. Mount will pocket at least £78 million in wages if he stays at Old Trafford for the full term of his deal, as he will be paid £250,000-a-week, plus bonuses that could earn him up to £300,000-a-week. Mount is Erik ten Hag’s first signing of the summer as he looks to strengthen his side following United’s qualification for next season’s Champions League. Manchester United originally believed a fee of £50 million would secure Mason Mount but are delighted with the terms that have been agreed. If the add-ons are paid, it means United have achieved their on-field aims. Chelsea had valued Mount at £70 million, but ideally wanted the situation resolved before head coach Mauricio Pochettino officially starts work on Monday, with the players due to start returning for pre-season training from Tuesday, July 4.

Personal terms will not be an issue. Mount has been at Chelsea since he was six and scored 33 goals in 195 appearances. He won the Champions League after providing an assist for Kai Havertz’s winning goal. Mount also won the UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup. He was named the club’s player of the year in consecutive seasons. Mount was also wanted by Arsenal and Liverpool but United quickly became favourites to sign him after talks. Chelsea have sold Mount, Mateo Kovacic, and Havertz for combined fees that could reach £155 million and banked almost £40 million more with the departures of Kalidou Koulibaly and Edouard Mendy to Saudi Arabia. Hakim Ziyech is still in talks to make a move to the state’s Pro-League, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek is set to join AC Milan for £15 million.

According to him, the reason he had lost it is because people are flying the narrative that he hates women. The brand, which he said was a beverage company, explained to him that the reason he wouldn’t be given the deal anymore was because this image of being a misogynist would affect their brand as it wouldn’t be appealing to their female audience. He went on to say that he doesn’t hate women as many are led to believe. Nedu noted how people like his character in his comedy skits because of his love for women, but would turn back to still slam him as a woman hater. Tottenham are close to agreeing personal terms with Brentford goalkeeper David Raya, who is also on Manchester United’s radar. What is essential at the moment is to recover well from my injury. I’m on vacation but I continue to talk and do my training. My goal is to be on top in July, then we’ll see what the future holds.”

French footballer William Saliba has agreed to a new four-year contract at Arsenal, a development which serves as a significant boost for the North London club. The final details of the deal are still being worked out but the club is now confident of the 22-year-old center-half putting pen to paper in the next few weeks.

The center-back would have become a free agent at the end of the upcoming season, making his new deal one of the main priorities for Arsenal. Talks have progressed well in recent days, with fresh terms now verbally agreed with the France international. 22-year-old Saliba will be given a pay rise to reflect his status as a key member of Arteta’s team and as one of Europe’s most impressive young defenders. It is understood that the contract which will run until 2027 with the possibility of an option for a further 12 months, will be worth around £200,000-per-week. The new contract is considerably more than Arsenal was hoping to pay Saliba, whose current salary is only £40,000-a-week.

Source: Getty Saliba first signed for the Gunners for a fee of around £27m in 2019 and after a year back on loan with former club Saint-Etienne was then handed the number four shirt – but did not make his first-team debut until August 2022. The 22-year-old spent 18 months back in France across two further loan spells at Nice and Marseille before finally making his Arsenal bow against Crystal Palace last year and instantly becoming a key member of Mikel Arteta’s squad. The defender helped Arsenal garner their highest points tally since 2004 (84) this season, scoring twice in 27 Premier League appearances for the club. Saliba is currently recovering from the back injury which ruled him out of Arsenal’s final 11 games of the season and has not been included in the French squad for their forthcoming Euro qualifiers against Gibraltar and Greece.
