A 23-year-old lady has discovered that she is pregnant without seeing any symptoms o pregnancy after visiting the hospital. According to the lady who goes by the handle @ghoulfriendish on Twitter, although she was on birth control pills but still got pregnant without knowing.

The lady further revealed that she fainted some weeks ago but didn’t pay heed to it and didn’t have an idea it was because she was pregnant because she had no symptoms. Again, she added that she welcomed a child a year ago and did not know of the second pregnancy until she underwent an ultrasound at the hospital, which revealed that she was 36 or 37 weeks pregnant.
