A Nigerian lady identified as Ruchohu has shared a photo of her remarkable recovery following a harrowing car accident in Belize, Central America. The young survivor took to social media on New Year’s Day to showcase her transformed appearance, sending waves of inspiration to her followers. Ruchohu recounted the details of her ordeal, describing the accident as a “nasty” one.
Despite the challenges she faced during the incident, she credited her recovery to a higher power, expressing her gratitude to her “Lord and Savior” for steering her through the adversity. Accompanying the photo that showed her post-accident face, Ruchohu captioned the image with a powerful message.
She wrote; “My favorite flex this year. The ugly Gods tried it, but my Lord and Savior said, not MY daughter.” The post quickly gained traction on social media, with well-wishers and followers flooding the comments section with messages of support and admiration. See below;
According to the police, a woman was taken into custody in relation to the accident in which Ms. Okonkwo, a master’s student in Public Health at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) was pronounced dead on the spot. In a statement, released by the force, the student’s family said: “Chinenye was a wonderful, kind, intelligent young woman with a strong faith in God. She had a passion to succeed and whatever obstacles she faced were overcome. “She was very family-oriented and always had time for everyone. Our lives will never be the same without her.” The late Nigerian had been a student in Glasgow since January last year.
