Billionaires on mission to view ruins of titanic ship reported dead
The Titanic submersible that was reported missing for days reportedly suffered a catastrophic loss of pressure that imploded the vessel, killing all five passengers onboard. The sad news was confirmed by the Coast Guard said Thursday. Coast Guard Rear Adm. John Mauger said a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) had discovered a portion of the Titan roughly 1,600 feet from the bow of the Titanic wreck on the sea floor. Five different major pieces of debris from the submersible, known as the “Titan,” were found in the area, and each end of the pressure hull was found in a different place, according to Paul Hankins, US Navy Director of Salvage Operations and Ocean Engineering. “This is an incredibly unforgiving environment down there on the sea floor and the debris is consistent with a catastrophic implosion of the vessel. Upon this determination we immediately notified the families. “I can only imagine what this has been like for them and I hope that this discovery provides some solace during this difficult time,” Mauger, the First Coast Guard District commander, told reporters. Minutes before the news conference, OceanGate Expeditions, the company that operated the deep-sea submersible, issued a statement grieving the five men on board. It is reported that guests who wish to travel to see the wreckage pay as much as $250,000 per individual.

Former militant Asari Dokubo poses for a photo with President Bola Tinubu. Source: Twitter Recall that the ex-Niger Delta militant leader visited President Bola Tinubu on Friday where he accused some cabals in the military of being responsible for oil theft in the region. He also warned President Tinubu against releasing the leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, stating that releasing him is rewarding criminality and gruesome murder of innocent people. While addressing Newsmen after his meeting with Tinubu, Asari said, “Releasing Nnamdi Kanu is rewarding criminality and rewarding gruesome murder of innocent people, he should face the law for the actions and instigations he has carried out. “On security, I want to clearly say that there are full-scale wars going on in different parts of this country. In the South East, the IPOB/ESN is waging a full-scale war against the government of this country and many local governments, many communities are deserted, schools are closed, and hospitals are closed.” However, Princewill, whose group operates mainly around the Gulf of Guinea, in a statement, on Saturday said Asari never stands for anything. He said, “I know him, he never stands on anything, was it not a few days ago he was shouting that Senate President should go to the South East as if it’s of any importance to the people of the region? Now he has changed mouth that the South East got what they deserved. “His main mission to Aso Villa is to beg for a contract, and very soon Tompolo’s contract will be terminated. Let’s see if he is Tinubu’s godfather.”
