Nollywood actor, Charles Okocha was recently seen in a video during his visit to his daughter, Mercy Okocha, at her boarding school.

In the video, his teenage daughter emerged from her dormitory appearing drowsy. Okocha warmly embraced her and tenderly kissed her forehead while inquiring if she had just woken up from sleep.

Accompanying him was a friend who praised Okocha’s profound affection for his daughter. The friend disclosed that he had always heard the adage “like father, like son” throughout his life, but his perspective changed after encountering Charles Okocha, prompting him to desire being a girl child too.

Why I have never been married in my life – Charles Okocha

Nollywood actor, Charles Okocha, popularly known as Igwe Tupac, has revealed why he’s yet to get married. Speaking in an interview with Punch, the father of two said he has never been married because he is taking his time to find the right woman.

In his words: “The truth is I have never been married in my life and I am a happy man. You and I know what is going on these days, you see a couple married for a couple of years and next, they are divorced. “People you see as role models are getting divorced and when you see them you are like what is going on? These are people you have been looking up to and now they are divorced, how then do you want me to get into this marriage thing? “Some say I am not going to get married. No! Don’t quote me wrong, I am going to get married most definitely, my kids are growing up, and so I need a partner that will be able to take care of their needs and mine. I will get married, but I am just taking my time. “I have two beautiful kids; a son and a daughter. At this time I am just focused on taking care of my adorable kids and that’s it, and that’s enough. They are my kids and they keep me motivated.”

Charles Okocha involved in accident at 3rd Mainland bridge

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha, popularly known as ‘Igwe 2Pac’ has been admitted in the hospital after getting involved in a ghastly car accident. The father of two took to Instagram to express his gratitude to God for saving his life while sharing photos of himself on a hospital bed.

He also shared a short video clip from the accident scene. According to the actor, the incident took place on the Third Mainland bridge. He wrote: ”Thankful for life. Was involved in a car accident on 3rd mainland bridge last night but GOD DID!!! We Asaaaaa still.” See the post below:

Jay-Jay Okocha is one of the best players Africa has ever produced

Legendary Ghanaian footballer Asamoah Gyan has eulogized Nigerian player Jay-Jay Okocha describing him as one of the best players in Africa.

Augustine Azuka Okocha, commonly known as Jay-Jay Okocha, is a Nigerian former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. He played 73 times for the Nigeria national team between 1993 and 2006, scoring 14 times, and was a member of three FIFA World Cup squads.
Speaking about Jay-Jay Okocha, Asamoah Gyan said;

“Hahaha… Jay-Jay [Okocha] is one of the best players Africa has ever produced, his skill scale, and his skill level was out of this world,” Gyan told SuperSport TV.
“I remember I was watching him when I was at school, he is one of the greatest players, one of those guys who opened the way for us, those guys who were playing at that time and you could see Ronaldinho on the bench, he was up there, he was one of the best and am happy to see him play, his skill level was great, I saw him in the World Cup with Nigeria.”
