Following the arrest of the popular Facebook influencer, Ovaioza, a lady has surfaced to narrate how she ignored the warning signal she got.

According to the Facebook user identified as Mabel Olowo Sibi Agbenyo stated that in January, she had a dream about Ovaioza and her husband absconding with investors’ money.
Expressing regret she noted that if God stops speaking to her henceforth, she won’t blame him.

Meanwhile, Ovaioza was arrested on Monday, 18th April by the police over alleged N3BN.
In the lady’s words:

“If the lord stops speaking to me I will not blame God. If the Holy spirit decides to go quiet on me and ignore my prayers and supplications, then it is my fault.
In January I went to God, I prayed about this investment and I got my revelation. Did I listen and withdraw my money? No.
I showed some friends I know won’t be giving me side eyes. I should have taken out everything. My friend sold her car and put the money in this partnership.

Just when I’m trying to recover last year I put money in this partnership with Ovaioza. Tell me now, where I wan for take start?

Twitter user identified by his handle as @drpenking  has narrated how the popular influencer, Ovaioza was apprehended by the police over alleged scam.
According to the doctor who tagged Ovaioza as a verified Yahoo girl noted that she was on her way to relocate to the United States of America where she had acquired multiple houses when she got arrested.

The lady who has massive followers on Facebook is being dragged over N3BN scam.
The tweet reads:
“THE VERIFIED YAHOO GIRL ON FACEBOOK

Ovaioza is a verified Facebook influencer with over 140 000 followers and has scammed her followers to the tune of 3 billion Naira. She bought multiple houses including one in USA. She was on her way to relocate when she was arrested.
Ovaioza runs a storage business as a front. People were asked to invest to get returns. She would send you documents to sign with a strict warning that you should only send money after signing the documents all to sound legit. After investing, you’d be called her “partner”…”

Police arrest popular Facebook influencer, Ovaioza, for allegedly defrauding multiple Nigerians of over N3bn [Details]

A popular Facebook influencer, simply identifed as Ovaioza has been arrested by the police for allegedly defrauding Nigerians on Facebook to the tune of N3 billion.
Reports say she was arrested in Lugbe area of Abuja amid her plans to flee the country.

According to a source on Twitter with the handle @Gwenshuga, the embattled  had bought houses in the United States with the proceeds from her investment scam venture.
It was also gathered that she got married to a man who got her pregnant.

Meanwhile, as the story develops, a Twitter user @Justsociety4all, who appears to be familiar with the story noted that the lady in question was just a poor Nigerian in 2021, but suddenly became a billionaire in 2022.
@JustSociety4all wrote: “From Paris to Kuje prison. It’s Ova meeeen. Begging 5k on social media in 2021 to become billionaire in 2022. The car here👇 is not less than 22million. How this lady defrauded people should be studied in school.”
@Gwenshuga wrote: “So this lady name Ovioza or whatever scammed Facebook people to the tune of 3billion naira.
“She bought houses in USA, married one fine bobo who got her pregnant, she was planning to escape today when Police nabbed her in Lugbe Abuja. Case will be moved to CID.
“She runs a storage business as a front. People were asked to invest to get returns.
“This is when she was taken to her house to get documents.”
Meanwhile, chat receipts showing her modus operandi have continued to make the rounds online.
