Siphelele’s remarkable journey has resonated with numerous individuals, garnering praise and support from social media users. In her words; “My name is Siphelele “Titi” Siyaya, and I’m 28 years old. I’m a pig farmer 🐖👩🏾‍🌾 and the founder of Madlikivane Piggery🐖🐖, from KwaNongoma in KZN.
When I started working as a teacher, I saved money to buy land for my pig farm. What motivated me to venture into pig farming is the love I have for pigs❤️🐖🐖, which my maternal grandmother instilled in me when I was younger.

I also wanted to create job opportunities in my community🔥.
What I can say to young people who are passionate about farming is to make sure they do research 📕on what they would like to venture into, visit as many farms as they possibly can, and engage with other farmers🧑🏿‍🌾👩🏾‍🌾.

It will get tough, and there will be challenges along the way🥹, but that won’t mean you should give up. Also, I want to urge other farmers to be open to sharing their experiences with aspiring farmers🫶🏽; this really helped me when I started my pig farming journey.
I sell pork, pork wors, and pork sausages.

Ciata Jolie, a Nigerian model and make-up artist, has revealed that she was defrauded by an individual she trusted enough to engage in business with, prompting her to seek assistance. The businesswoman admitted in a video posted on her Instagram page that within a month, she had lost all of her life savings.

She had been saving for many years, and this year has been difficult for her because of the financial loss. She explained that her intention was to buy a piece of land and return to her hometown with the money she had accumulated by December 2022. According to Ciata, she discovered a plot of land in her state and contacted the owner, who claimed to have inherited it from his father. The man, she said, gave her assurances that he was trustworthy and had taken all necessary steps to live an upright life. He was very persuasive, and Ciata gave him an initial payment of ₦4 million before he signed the required documentation. Regrettably, before starting any work on the land, she made a payment of ₦400,000, ₦350,000 of which was the development charge. As she was about to depart the village, she received a call from someone claiming to own the same land. The news threw her off balance, and to make matters worse, the other individual who claimed ownership painted a skull-like figure on the fence to discourage onlookers. According to the make-up artist, she paid ₦4 million for a plot of land that had already been sold, and she later discovered that the con artist she paid was well-known for these types of land sales. She shared her experience and advised others not to be deceived by religious or other false beliefs. “How I was scammed of ALL my life savings. My heart is shattered!!! Usain Bolt defrauded of $12M life savings, left with $12K The sum of $12 million was reported to have mysteriously disappeared from Bolt’s account in a statement released by his lawyer. The account with the company was created to act as a pension for both of his parents and Usain Bolt, an Associated Press reported. “The account was part of Bolt’s retirement and lifetime savings. It’s distressing news for anyone, and certainly in the case of Mr Bolt; who established this account as part of his private pension. “We will be going to court with the matter” if the company does not return the funds. “It is a grave disappointment, and we are hoping that the matter will be resolved in a way that Mr Bolt will recover his money and be able to live in peace,” his lawyer, Linton P. Gordon, told Fortune magazine over the phone on Wednesday. Stocks and Securities Ltd said in a statement on January 12 stated that it was aware of the fraudulent transaction orchestrated by a former employee of theirs and has alerted necessary authorities. It also assured that necessary precautions to secure customers’ assets are put in place to avoid such repeating itself. Jamaica’s Finance Minister, Nigel Clarke reacted to the development with claims that SSL had committed “alarming and evil fraud” and promised to “bring all perpetrators to justice.”
