A man identified as Mr. Ejiro Otarigbo who risked his life to save more than 20,000 people has shared a bit of the incident while lamenting over the unfortunate occurrence.
 
Mr. Ejiro was on the news lately owing to a rare act of bravery he displayed by driving a burning tanker for over 20 minutes to a less populated or isolated area in a bid to see that no life was lost as a result of the incident. The incident occurred in Delta State.

Speaking to the media personality, Lucky Udu who interviewed him, Ejiro said it was his boy that drew his attention to the burning tanker, and upon noticing it through his side mirror, he told the boy to get down while he tried to look for a convenient place to drive into that wouldn’t cost lives or properties.
He averred that he did not want to be labeled as the individual who caused the death of a lot of people and that was why he took the ultimate risk.

Lamenting over how things turned out, the man who recently got married said that his wife is very close to giving birth, and due to the fact that his tanker got burnt, he’s currently jobless and is only looking and hoping on God for a means of survival.
