The couple who tied the knot in 2018 stirred reactions recently on social media following Simi ‘s response to a fan that hugged her husband tightly. Taking to the Instagram story, Adekunle Gold shared a video of their new tattoos as a declaration of love for one another. AG Baby’s tattoo on his arm had a fully bloomed flower while that on Simi’s arm was a young flower followed with the caption “this flower bloomed in April.”

In the video making the rounds online, Mercy Johnson and her husband, Prince Odi Okojie, were seen entering a wedding venue while the bride and groom were showing off their skills on the dance floor.

The bride spotted the actress and immediately paused her dance. She then went down on both knees to greet the actress in the middle of the dance floor. Nkiru Sylvanus’ traditional wedding, husband’s face unveiled (Video)

Notable Nollywood actress, Nkiru Sylvanus alias Ble-Ble, weds her husband traditionally in her hometown in Imo State.

This comes days after the movie producer rolled out stunning pre-wedding photo shoots even though she did not reveal the face of her husband-to-be. In a jolly union on Thursday, 12th of January, notable MC Longinus Anokwute a.k.a Chief Imo shared photos revealing the face of the groom which was initially kept hidden from the public’s eyes.

Describing the traditional wedding of Nkiru Sylvanus, the MC of the occasion, Chief Imo, noted in an Instagram post how love indeed is a beautiful thing and that the celebration ended with so much joy.

Lady mysteriously dies on the morning of her wedding

A woman, identified as Nadia from East London suddenly dies on the morning of her dream wedding in Trinidad, according to MyLondon.

Beautiful, caring, and happy were the words used to describe ‘Nadia Joseph-Gosine by her partner and sister. The deceased was said to have passed away on December 7, 2022, due to liver failure. The 33-year-old from Beckton had traveled to Trinidad to get married to her partner of five years Devon Gosine. Nadia spent a few weeks in the country with Devon and her 10-year-old son Emari. Sadly, she mysteriously died just hours before her wedding while her fiancé slept next to her. According to her sister, she had struggled with liver and kidney problems in the past but was thought to have recovered. “She just wanted to be happy. A little fire cracker. She was very beautiful. Absolutely stunning. And she loved life, loved to travel.”, her sister said.

A video making rounds on social media captured the moment a wedding guest touched the bride between her legs which was considered to be unnatural.
The guest who was a woman made the move while pretending to be dancing with the wife-to-be during her white wedding in the church.
“As an enugwu ukwu lady, it’s a diabolical touch.. my town too love jazz and juju.. God protect the bride,” a social media user @dollynnadfisher wrote in reaction.
Another user @hardeyfowopey added, “Hmm it might actually be a normal touch,there are some African women that are fond of touching you at your thigh when greeting them but what do I know.May God save us.”

Man narrates how a wedding almost crashed because of perfume

A Nigerian Twitter user narrates the trivial reason a bride’s family would have crashed a wedding in Maiduguri state.

As narrated by the man on Twitter, a wedding almost crashed all because of perfume, also known as (Turaren wuta). This was because the bride’s family demanded the sum of N200 thousand for the perfume.
This happened after the groom had already paid for the bride’s dowry and boxes. The groom insisted they call off the wedding, or he pays the sum of N50,000.
Eventually, the bride’s father agreed to his terms.
“A wedding almost crashed bcos of perfume (Turaren wuta). Bride family demanded 200k for d perfume, after paying dowry &d boxes (lefe). D groom said it’s either they accept 50k or call off d wedding, d bride’s father collected d 50k & said money for perfume won’t stop d wedding”
Yes (Maiduguri). D aunties &brides mom were willing to call off d marriage bcos of 200k for perfume &d groom’s last cash was 50k. It was d bride’s dad that said if this opportunity is missed, she might not get another 1. D dowry was 250k &700k spent on lefe (boxes,clothes& cosmetics)”
