Can’t confide in you in peace?

"Can't confide in you in peace?" - Man sues his baby mama for telling ‘everyone’ he won $1.3bn lottery

A man who won one of the largest lottery payouts in U.S. history, a substantial sum of $1.35 billion Mega Millions jackpot earlier this year, has taken legal action against his baby mama. According to reports by CBS News, the lottery winner, whose identity is protected by pseudonyms, alleges that the mother of his child ‘baby mama’ breached a nondisclosure agreement by revealing the windfall to family members. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Portland, where court papers indicate that the defendant disclosed the confidential information to the winner’s father and stepmother.

The identities of both parties involved remain shrouded in secrecy, with the court papers only revealing that the winner resides in Maine, while the defendant resides in Massachusetts. The defendant has until December 6th to respond to the legal action. To safeguard his anonymity, the lottery winner and the child’s mother supposedly entered into a nondisclosure agreement shortly after he purchased the winning ticket at a gas station in Lebanon, Maine. The complaint filed by the winner, represented by attorney Gregory Brown of Knoxville, Tennessee, seeks an injunction and a minimum of $100,000 in damages. Overcoming formidable odds of approximately 1 in 302.6 million, the lottery winner secured the grand prize in the Mega Millions lottery last January. This victory marked a historic moment for Maine, as it was the first time a ticket purchased in the state matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, ranking among the largest in Mega Millions history.

She emphasized that beauty alone is not enough, as some men prioritize finding a partner who will bring them inner peace, even if they are not conventionally attractive. Jane Mena shared her advice on her Instagram page, highlighting that just because a woman is beautiful does not necessarily mean that every man will view her as the ideal partner. She further elaborated that men ultimately seek partners who provide them with a sense of calm and tranquility, regardless of external appearances. In her words;
“That you’re beautiful doesn’t mean that you’re every man’s dream, some men prefer we the monkey that gives them peace of mind. Know this and rest.” See the post below:

Some people are planning to violently disrupt the peace of the nation

Some people are planning to violently disrupt the peace of the nation

The Department of State Service, DSS issues a stern warning concerning plans by some people to violently disrupt the peace in Nigeria.

DSS

Peter Afunanya, DSS spokesperson in a statement on Saturday, March 25, said: “The Department of State Service (DSS), again, alerts the public of plans to viol£ntly disrupt peace in the country. The Service hereby warns those desperate to cause a breakdown of law and order to desist from that. It is evident that some aggrieved politicians are already taking advantage of this legal process. This, without a doubt, is the beauty of democracy. It is strongly believed that this approach enhances peace and security. All and sundry should cherish it. Be that as it may, the DSS will not tolerate a situation where persons and/or groups take laws into their hands and champion anarchy. Those peddling fake news, hate speech and all forms of false narratives as basis to ignite violence or pit the people against the present or incoming administrations, at the Federal, State and Parliamentary levels, should stop forthwith. Those inciting violence have nothing to gain as doing so will not only cons¥me them but also the innocent. It is otherwise disturbing to see respected personalities use their platforms to mislead or incite citizens. This, to say the least, does not augur well for peaceful coexistence and general order. Therefore, the Service will continue to take necessary measures to checkmate these elements who do not wish the country well. This is to ensure that a conducive environment is provided for citizens and residents to pursue their legitimate businesses. A stitch in time, they say, saves nine. Let all be guided.”
