Couple who met as corpers celebrate 22nd wedding anniversary

A couple who met as compatriots serving together during their NYSC year has celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary.

The husband identified as Remmy Hazzan took to his Facebook page to share a beautiful throwback photo to commemorate their day. One photo captures the couple in their NYSC garbs from more than decades ago and another, which captures their current looks.

He described their union as a fine wine which only gets sweeter with the passage of time; an endless honeymoon. Sharing the photos, he wrote: “From CORPERS to COUPLE. 22 years on. Not only has the wine become sweeter, the honeymoon has virtually become endless. Happy WEDDING ANNIVERSARY to us. To God be the glory.”

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of PDP, accuses President-elect Bola Tinubu‘s supporters of causing violence during the recently concluded elections, hence it should be cancelled.

Atiku requested the cancellation of the presidential election held on Saturday, citing Tinubu’s campaign team’s admission of rigging. According to Atiku, this admission is proof of irregularities during the election, particularly in the southeast region. In a statement issued by his spokesman, Phrank Shaibu, Atiku expressed disappointment that despite stealing the people’s mandate, Tinubu’s campaign team continued to ridicule Nigerians. Atiku also pointed out that Tinubu’s loss in Lagos showed that Nigerians did not want him. “Festus Keyamo’s claim that there was massive rigging in the southeast and that the APC will be challenging the votes in that region validates our position that this election was fraught with irregularities. “Is it not funny that Tinubu claimed he wanted to replicate the developments of Lagos across Nigeria, and yet the same people of Lagos rejected him at the poll? He and his minions unleashed thugs on the people of the state and yet still lost,” he said.

What 85% Nigerian youths lack

Nigerian singer Seun Kuti claim to have diagnosed 85% of the problem of Nigerian youths after the election. Seun Kuti is one of the Nigerian celebrities who campaigned massively for the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu. He clashed with Peter Okoye of P-Square fame over their different choices. After the elections and the declared winner of the elections, Seun Kuti has said that a lot of Nigerian youths do not think for themselves as to what they want but end up following the crowd. He took to his Instagram story and wrote; 85 percent of Nigerian young people don’t what thinking for self as the solution. They want someone to tell it to them so they can wait for it-follow! Mother of late Chrisland student cries out as school reportedly demands another autopsy following burial

Mrs Adeniran, the mother of the late Chrisland student Whitney Adeniran, has revealed that the school is demanding a fresh autopsy after the girl’s burial.

You’d recall that the mother had taken to social media to cry out after her daughter died during her school’s inter-house sports. She had followed up weeks later with an update disclosing that the 12-year-old died of electrocution. Yesterday, March 2, the family buried their beloved child amidst tears and an outflow of emotions. However, the mother took to her Instagram page on March 3 to reveal that the school called the police, demanding another autopsy. She wrote: “CHRISLAND!!! Play all your games!!! They just called the police that they wanted a repeat autopsy. They want to exhume my daughter’s body for another butchering. These people are
a bunch of jokers. Chrisland, you had your own private pathologist at that autopsy examination ooo. He gave you the report, for you to even think of doing this is pure evil. May Jehovah’s anger rise hit against you. “If this is your plot to frustrate me, then get ready to lose, because you have failed!!!”

Bobrisky threatens Tosin Silverdam for peddling lies against him

Controversial crossdresser, Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye a.k.a Bobrisky has raged over a write-up by Tosin Silverdam over claims of using househelp for adult movies.

You may recall that an Instagram blogger identified as Tosin Silverdam had reported that the self-styled Rich Mummy of Lagos was using his house help to shoot adult content. Bobrisky had earlier dismissed the claim as nothing but jealousy by one human on another. However, the affair has taken another turn as the crossdresser threatened to deal with the blogger.

According to Bob, Tosin has been consistently writing false stories about him and this one was the last straw for him. He claims that the blogger is currently on the run and has vowed that he’d deal with him for spreading malicious lies. See his posts below:

Deyemi Okanlawon pens open letter to Hon-elect Thaddeus Attah

Famous Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon, pens an open letter to the Honorable-elect of Eti-Osa LGA in Lagos, Thaddeus Attah.

This comes following the loss of the actor turned politician, Banky W who lost the position to Attah during the February 25th elections. In an Instagram post, Deyemi congratulated the Honorable while emphasizing that he voted for Banky W and how he would’ve been the better man for the job.

I’ll like to use this opportunity to congratulate you, Mr. Thaddeus Attah @jt.atta of the Labour Party(LP), as the winner of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives. Before I go ahead with what I will like to say, I will like to fully disclose that I voted for Mr. Bankole Wellington of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as I honestly thought he would have been the best candidate for the job. I do have immense faith in our discernment as a people to elect the right candidate, however I am also quite worried about the role tribal sentiments, cyberbullying and herd mentality on all sides has played in our electoral process. That being said, I am a firm believer in democracy and I would want nothing more than for the people’s wish to prevail so once again I congratulate you Sir.

Mr Attah, same as with a lot of Lagosians, I only first heard of you when you were announced the winner a few days ago. Since that time I have made a significant effort to find out as much as possible about our newly elected federal HOR candidate. To my surprise, my quest for answers left me even more puzzled as to who you really are as well as what your qualifications, past precedents and plans are for the people of Eti-Osa. With little or no online presence, and for someone that overthrew both an incumbent and a public figure, I am yet to find any indications of your campaign manifesto. It would therefore be a great pleasure if you Sir will do me the honour of accepting an invitation to join me online for a live Instagram conversation this weekend to address concerns and respond to questions many others like myself may have. Benito, the son of famous rapper and filmmaker, Abdulrasheed Bello alias JJC Skillz disowns his father as he reportedly takes on the name of his stepfather.

This comes hours after Benito reacted to rumours of his father’s marriage to a mystery woman in Kano. He, however, disowned his father following reactions that trailed JJC Skillz marriage where many referred to the teenager as Bello. In a follow-up Instagram post, he emphasized dropping his father’s name, Bello, for that of his stepfather, Andrew. “Y’all please get it right, my names Andrews now, I’m not a Bello,” he wrote in a now-deleted post.

The country has been chaotic after INEC declared the results in favor of the presidential candidate for All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu.
