Controversial thespian, Esther Nwachukwu has blasted her colleague, Georgina Onuoha for criticizing Judy Austin’s condolence post on the demise of Yul Edochie’s son. You may recall that Judy Austin who hasn’t commented on the demise of her stepson had broken silence in a sombre post.

Georgina Onuoha, had however, found the post to be unseemly since she had supposedly been the cause of the family’s emotional trauma.

Esther Nwachukwu who swooped in to defend Judy Austin said that Judy is the strongest woman she knows because she’s constantly being dragged by trolls.

Popular actress, Monalisa Stephen has revealed that she’s currently in an open romantic relationship and had previously dated two men. The body positivity advocate revealed this in a recent interview she appeared in.

She added that she might choose to increase the number by making it three if she so chooses as she’s not married to any man. “I am in an open relationship before now I was dating two guys and they knew about each other. “Davido should have opened a restaurant for his wife instead of buying a new car” — Financial advisor

A financial advisor has tackled the popular singer, Davido for spending millions of naira on his new pricey car instead of investing in a restaurant business for his wife, Chioma. Recall that OBO purchased a Maybach Virgil for N394M yesterday, April 27, 2023.

In the video currently trending online, the financial advisor identified as GehGeh on Instagram accused Davido of lacking financial knowledge. The man stated that instead of spending such a huge amount of money on a car, which according to him is a liability that depreciates over time, the DMW boss should have invested it in his wife Chioma, who is a skilled cook.

According to him, Davido should have opened a restaurant for her with the money. “Davido should have opened a new restaurant for his wife with the money he used to buy a new car.” He said. Speaking further, the man stated that Dangote, whose Davido claimed in a Forbes interview that he used to buy two cars every eight years, will be disappointed in the singer for disobeying the advice given to him. First batch of Nigerian evacuees set to arrive Nigeria

According to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the first batch of 1,600 Nigerians who were airlifted from Sudan will reach Abuja on Friday. The overall evacuation, which began on Wednesday, aims to bring back roughly 5,500 Nigerian students from Sudan.

“A convoy of 13 buses conveying the first batch of the evacuees from Khartoum in Sudan is moving to the holding area in Aswan, Egypt where they will be airlifted to Nigeria. NEMA is in touch with the Nigerian airline, Air Peace, that volunteers the airlift and prepositioned aircraft for immediate departure as soon as the Nigerians arrive Aswan to bring them home,” NEMA tweeted. The arrival of the buses in Aswan was confirmed by Geoffery Onyeama, Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. According to a memo jointly issued by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Humanitarian Affairs, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), Air Peace, and other airlines were authorized to fly to Egypt. “The NAF C-130H is scheduled to leave Abuja tomorrow, 28th April, 2023 to commence the airlifting of the evacuees,” NEMA added. According to NEMA, the “volatile security” situation in Sudan presents numerous challenges that must be overcome. As a result, it has urged Nigerians to remain calm and collaborate with officials who are working to relocate our fellow citizens to a safe location and ultimately repatriate them back home.

The controversial street rapper, Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, makes headlines for sexualizing women in a music video recently released. The video features popular skit maker Broda Shaggi, OGB Recent and BBNaija’s Hermes.

In the explicit video, Portable is seen touching the buttocks of two video vixens, while Hermes, Brodashaggi, and others also engage in suggestive behaviour with the women who were dressed in a seductive manner. In the caption of the video, the singer acknowledged the common perception that he has a fondness for women.

Thousands of Nigerians stranded at Egypt border

About 7,000 nationals, including Nigerians, have been stranded at the border of Egypt over visa-related issues to return to their home country from Sudan. On Friday, 28th of April, the Federal Government of Nigeria urged the relevant authorities along the contiguous borders of Sudan to provide a humane environment for approximately 7,000 nationals, including Nigerians, to travel to their respective destinations without hindrance.

According to Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, the nationals were prevented from crossing the border into Egypt since they arrived on Thursday evening. Dabiri-Erewa had previously announced the arrival of the first group of stranded Nigerians in Sudan at the Aswan border in Egypt on Thursday, but due to the border closure, they were unable to proceed to their destination until the following morning when they would be taken to the airport. However, in a statement signed by Gabriel Odu, Publicity Unit, NiDCOM, the chairman said “The Nigerian mission in Egypt has been working tirelessly on this as the Egyptian authorities are insisting on visas by fellow Africans to transit back to their countries. “She appeals to the Egyptian authorities to kindly allow the already traumatised travellers to transit to their final destinations in various countries in Africa.”

The Executive Director of the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), Prof. Ishaq Akintola, urges security agencies to increase protection for President and Vice President-elect, Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima as their lives are in danger. In a statement made on Friday in Lagos, Prof. Ishaq made the request due to alleged escalating security risks and remarks from the opposition camp, which were deemed as desperate and treasonous.
