Controversial broadcaster, Nedu Wazobia alleges that most women, who criticized Regina Daniels for marrying as sixth wife, would line up if billionaire Ned Nwoko should begin mass marriage. He said this in an episode of his much controversial podcast, The Honest Bunch as he addressed the actress’ critics.

The proceedings of the presidential election petition tribunal begin in Abuja on Monday to address petitions against Bola Tinubu‘s victory in the 2023 presidential election. Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, who represent the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP), respectively, are contesting the declaration of Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the February 25 presidential poll. Atiku is seeking a fresh election due to alleged irregularities at polling units, while Obi claims that Tinubu failed to win the majority of lawful votes and did not receive one-quarter of the votes in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Obi also accused Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima, of being unqualified to contest the election due to election misconduct.

The process of transferring the results of the gubernatorial election to the Election Result Viewing Portal (IReV) has been initiated by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), as per the latest updates. inec It would be recalled in a statement that INEC assured that challenges faced during the February 25th election will not repeat themselves while emphasizing its preparedness for the gubernatorial elections. As of the time of this report, the results of the 2023 gubernatorial elections have been successfully uploaded onto the platform from eight polling units in Zamfara State, 46 polling units in Rivers State, and 40 polling units in Lagos State.

A shocking scene occured in Benin which has left many a resident in fear and awe.
Apparently, a hearse conveying a corpse took over control of the vehicle from the driver and began driving itself.

In the viral video now making the rounds online, the white wagon can be seen driving in circle with the whole seat empty save for the boot which was laden with the corpse.
Residents who witnessed the situation could be heard singing songs of praise, supposedly to appease the corpse which has refused to be conveyed.

On Thursday, Nollywood actress, Kemi Afolabi announced that she has begun the treatment of her year-long illness, lupus.
The thespian had disclosed that she was battling the autoimmune disease in early 2022.

This had propelled her colleagues to launch a fundraiser for her.
However, it can now be said that the fundraising campaign was a success following pictures of the actress at John Hopkins Hospital in Maryland, United States.

Captioning the pictures on her Instagram page, she wrote, “I commenced my lupus treatment journey today 06/30/2022 with @hopkinsmedicine Alihamdulilah.
“Some beautiful souls made this happen, God bless you all. Wish me luck. #warrior.”
