Veteran Nigerian actress, Laide Bakare, has finally broken her silence since rumours of her unclad video and photos were released online. This is coming after controversial Nigerian blogger, Gistlover, referred to the post and criticized the actress for being careless with her unclad photos.

The actress reportedly sent her bedroom photos to her boyfriend in Indianapolis, united states, barely a few weeks after her colleague, Empress Njamah, suffered the same fate. The blogger further added that Laide’s alleged lover leaked the videos on some WhatsApp groups in Indianapolis. Laide however seemed unbothered, as she laughed off the critics in her comments section. See the post and comment below:

Popular singer and politician, Banky W has finally broken silence after losing Eti Osa Federal House of Representative election to Labour Party candidate, Thaddeus Attah.

The musician ran under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on the 25th of February but had unfortunately lost the election. A week after the election, Banky W shared a video of himself during a church service in which he voiced how heartbroken he had been.

According to him, Sunday was meant to be his thanksgiving service and he had made arrangements to move to Abuja and start looking for an office space if he wins. Sadly, he lost the election; but he revealed that he’s story isn’t over as God has bigger plans for him. Watch the video below:

The presidential candidate of the Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, speaks on maintaining order following the loss of Lagos State to Peter Obi.

This comes after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Peter Obi, the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), as the winner of the presidential election in Lagos state. In reaction to violence in some parts of the state, Bola Tinubu urges Lagosians to maintain civility and avoid violence of any form. “The fact that the APC narrowly lost Lagos State to another party should not be the reason for violence. As a democrat, you win some, you lose some. We must allow the process to continue unhindered across the country while we maintain peace and decorum,” he stated.

A Nigerian woman has broken down in tears after she mistakenly cast her vote for Tinubu, the candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

A clip shared online by Punch depicted the troubled Nigerian woman in deep throes of regret after she had allegedly thumbed for APC at her polling unit. It was gleaned from online reports that the incident occurred at a polling unit in Kubwa primary school in FCT Abuja. The lady, who was inconsolable following the mistake, fell to the ground in pain of regret after she had voted for Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Watch the video below:

Falz breaks silence over alleged assault at polling unit

It has been reported that the Nigerian artist, Folarin Falana, who is popularly known by his stage name Falz, was assaulted at his polling unit during the 2023 elections.

Thugs reportedly attacked the singer and other voters in Ikate, Lagos, with Falz allegedly losing his phone as a result. Reports had it that the unknown individuals destroyed and scattered the ballot papers. A social media personality Pamilerin had claimed that Falz was assaulted, and his phone went missing following an attack by thugs at his polling unit. In a now-deleted tweet, he wrote: “FALZ and other voters have just been attacked and his phone has been stolen at Ikate Lekki. The ballot papers are being torn apart and scattered by the area boys there, they saw the support for Labour Party and couldn’t take it!! Emergency services needed right away!!!
