The script interpreter is seen in the video wearing white feminine skimpy clothing that includes a short skirt, crop top, singlet, and a wig on his head. When he got out of his automobile, he dashed onto the road, sprinting wildly from one end to the other while laughing and chanting his famous ‘Phenomenal diatribe’. Attempts to restrain Charles Okocha were ineffective because he made a scene on the busy road by widely spreading his legs while lying on the ground.
