In a recent incident that has caught the attention of social media users, a young Nigerian pastor became the unwitting target of a prank during a live session on TikTok, resulting in an abrupt end to his prayer session and sparking widespread reactions. During the live prayer session, which was being broadcast to his followers, the pastor received a seemingly urgent warning that prompted him to immediately go offline. The unexpected prank unfolded when an Instagram user cleverly changed their username to ‘Notification‘ and altered their display picture to resemble an icon for message notifications. In the comment section of the live session, the user, posing as a TikTok representative, issued a stern message, claiming that the pastor’s account would face a permanent ban if the live video was not ended within five minutes. The warning, which appeared authentic to the unsuspecting preacher, caused him to abruptly conclude the prayer without bidding farewell to his followers. The message that popped up on the screen reads; “WARNING: Permanent ban will ensure if LIVE video does not end within 5 minutes,” adding to the pastor’s confusion and anxiety. @FIRE_STICK said; “Your man said not today!! President Joe Biden tripped and fell over on a stage after handing out the last diploma at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation following a commencement speech Thursday afternoon, and was promptly helped up by Air Force officials as the White House assured the public the president is “fine.” Per a White House pool report, the president, who is 80, “fell down on stage after handing out the last diploma to the Air Force cadets.” “He appeared to slip and fall going down on his knees,” the pool report detailed, adding: “He was helped up by Air Force officials. POTUS appears to be ok and continued to stand until the ceremony ended a few minutes later.” The president then walked away without help and appeared to point to a sandbag on the stage that he appeared to trip over. ‘He’s fine,’ White House Communications Director Ben LaBolt tweeted shortly after the incident. ‘There was a sandbag on stage while he was shaking hands.’ A follow-up pool report clarified that the president had been walking back to his seat after delivering his address, when he fell. “He appeared to have tripped on a black sandbag on the stage. When he fell, pointed to the black sandbag suggesting that’s what he tripped on,” the pool report detailed. The stumble comes just weeks after Biden stumbled while visiting the Itsukushima Shrine in Hiroshima, Japan. During that event, there was a railing available on some stairs the president had to navigate down. He ignored the railing and stumbled, restoring his balance while walking downward. Biden also stumbled while boarding Air Force One in March on a trip to Selma, Alabama.

A mother identified as Bellatonda has narrated how her little daughter fell sick after crying uncontrollably over nanny who left. Bella said it was painful to watch her daughter’s nanny leave the house with her bags for an undisclosed reason.

The baby who seemed to have been very much attached to her nanny cried uncontrollably as her nanny left. According to Bella, her nanny’s departure was the worst part of her week as her baby subsequently fell sick. “This was the worst part of my week. My daughter’s nanny left and it was so painful. A Nigerian man with the handle @frezze44 on popular app, TikTok, has opened up about his love for a female banker working at Zenith bank. In a trending video, Frezze44 revealed how he has been trekking for hours to the bank just to see his crush.

The short video showed him walking to the bank and subsequently filming the pretty lady with dark skin who stays at the counter. Sharing the video on TikTok, he wrote:

Nine dead, one rescued as container falls on a bus in Lagos (Video)

On Sunday, January 29th, nine people were killed in Lagos State when a container fell on a bus at the Ojuelegba bridge.

The bus was reportedly carrying a full load of passengers and nine fatalities were confirmed at the scene. An eyewitness reported that the trailer was trying to prevent the bus from passing when the accident occurred. The Director-General of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu who confirmed the incident in a statement noted that an adult female was rescued alive.

“Upon arrival at the scene, a truck conveying a 20ft container was found to have landed on top of a commercial bus. “Further investigations revealed that the bus was picking up passengers when the truck lost control and fell over the side of the bridge. “After suspending the container load with the aid of the Agency’s forklift and cutting off the top of the bus with light rescue equipment, a single adult woman was extricated alive and taken to the trauma centre. “Final casualty count is 9 fatalities comprising, 4 adult males, 3 adult females,1 boy child and 1 girl child and 1 adult female rescued alive. “The Agency’s heavy-duty Goliath and teams from Onipan and Cappa are on ground. The Agency’s Ambulance, LASG FIRE, FED FIRE, LASTMA and Nigeria Police have been working on this situation which is now concluded. “Further investigation to be carried out by the Nigeria Police on the removal of the barriers on the bridge aimed at preventing trucks from ascending,” the statement said. While performing at the festival, Ayra Starr slipped and fell on her back while trying to give her fans an energetic show.
She, however, stood on her feet almost immediately and continued the show as if nothing happened.

Taken to Twitter to express the painful experience, the self-acclaimed celestial being encouraged the organizers to take the cleaning of the stage more seriously.
“Afrochella next time y’all should clean your stage after every artist performance, that fall was very unnecessary and painful,” she wrote.

Many feared dead as 40-ft container falls on 3 cars

Many people feared dead as a 40-ft container falls on three cars at the Oshodi Apapa expressway, Lagos, today December 22.

According to reports, the driver of one of the commercial buses from the accident has lost his life as the other passengers are said to have sustained serious injuries.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has confirmed the accident in a post on its Facebook page. They have also assured the general public that the Police team from the IIasa division is currently helping to restore calm and see to other injured persons.
