This was a disastrous moment for us — De Gea speaks after heavy defeat to Liverpool

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has described their 7-0 loss to Liverpool on Sunday, March 5, as a “disastrous moment”. Manchester United held their own for much of the first-half against Liverpool, only to see Cody Gakpo break the deadlock in the 43rd minute. The Red Devils then suffered the most dramatic of second-half collapses as the likes of Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez and Roberto Firmino got in on the act. The 7-0 defeat became the Red Devils’ heaviest defeat in 92 years. They also suffered 7-0 losses to Wolves in December 1931, Aston Villa in December 1930 and Blackburn Rovers in April 1926. Reacting to the defeat, De Gea said in a statement; “I know these message don’t sit well on such a day. This was a disastrous moment for us and these results shouldn’t happen, especially with the journey we are all on. We have a duty to this club, a responsibility to represent the badge but we have many opportunities to look ahead, many games coming fast and we have to lock our focus on these.”

Popular comedienne, Ogechi Ukonu better known as Caramel Plugg, addresses online noisemakers who are in the habit of bragging about their net worth.

In a video she shared on social media, she said that those who make money in reality rarely make noise.

According to her, real wealthy people don’t have to stress themselves trying to prove that they have money. The reason, according to the influencer, is because their account is heavy and they’d rather not stress themselves by bragging. Rita Dominic replies troll who made heavy accusations

Nollywood actress Rita Dominic has lambasted a troll who accused her of dating her husband, Fidelis Anosike while he was still married to his ex-wife.

A Twitter user identified as Winter Berry accused the actress of dating her current husband Fidelis when he was still a married man.
While laying accusations, she called out the wife of Churchill, Rosey Meurer for doing the same; Mercy Johnson, and Ifeoma, the new lover of Paul Okoye as well.
She wrote;
“Rita Dominic was dating Fide while man was still with his last wife. Meurer was dating Churchill while Churchill was married to Tonto. Ifeoma has been dating Paul Okoye since 2020. Mercy Johnson was dating Prince, & Ruth his wife was crying. Lol. Judy is actually a nice learner.
‘If Paul just made that girls & just showed you guys, with all that old video digging & backlash, it would have torn them apart. But Ifeoma’s video may actually have been in reference to Paul Okoye, from the days of “REASON WITH ME”.

Reacting to the troll’s accusations, Rita Dominic denied ever dating her husband while he was still a married man. She also reminded the troll it is a festive season and should be enjoyed.

Popular Afrobeat singer, Portable Omolalomi, rain curses on fuji singer, Small Doctor, for being unnecessarily proud, stingy, and ungrateful.

Portable, who recently revealed during an interview that he never got help from either Olamide or Pocolee comes for Small Doctor with a full blast.
During a live session on Instagram, the singer who recently welcomed a child lambasted his colleague for losing his feet in the industry and his last hit track was from him.

He further alleged that the singer once sent thugs to ambush him; and that he never extended his fame to other up-and-coming singers.
The Zazu crooner, however, rained endless curses on Small Doctor while stating that he tried to use him to make a name for himself.

Ex-girlfriend of Grammy award winner, Tania Omotayo, opens up about a medical condition she once battled with that almost cost her line.
In an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Tania, revealed that she battled with endometriosis — an often painful disorder in which tissues similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus grows outside the uterus.

Tania Omotayo revealed that she went from doctors to doctors around the world and at a point was dismissed on grounds of falsifying her condition for attention.
In her words,
“Have you watched Africa Magic movies when somebody dies and they’re rolling on the floor?
That was me in the hospital. Yeah, with white doctors looking at me like I was crazy. I was screaming, I was rolling, because I knew deep down, in the last 3 years, maybe 10 years before that.

When I tell you I’ve been to every doctor, every hospital worldwide, in every continent. My dad and I went to Austria. They told him it was in my head and I was looking for attention that there was absolutely nothing wrong with me.
I was in pain. I had really heavy periods. I would bleed for like 3 weeks to 4 weeks. I was in so much pain, I had to go to the hospital to get an injection for pain or to sleep.

I was constantly admitted in the hospital and the doctor actually told my dad to my face, in front of me, not like he said it behind my back, ‘She’s just a young girl looking for attention, there’s nothing medically wrong with her’.”

Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, gives clarity on the collapse of her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri, as she debunks the claim of ‘heavy drinking and smoking.’

This came after a news publication platform claimed that the actress’ relationship ended over unhealthy drinking and smoking habits.
In reaction to the article, Tonto Dikeh corrected the notion by stating affirmatively that her ex-boyfriend’s affair with other women under her roof was the cause instead.

“Dear @punchnewspapers My relationship didn’t end because of allegations on me, MY RELATIONSHIP TO PRINCE KPOKPOGRI ended because he was exposed through series of voice note on how promiscuous he was sleeping with different women under our roof.. particularly Married Women and this was exposed through his phone call to Miss Merit also one of the girls he was sleeping with and his Ex Pimp!!
These are not allegations as I can confirm that it’s his voice, I took my L and broke up this relationship and then the blackmailing by Prince started..
