A lady has caused a stir after discovering her ex-boyfriend owed debts which was why he refused to let her post his pictures online during their relationship. According to her, they had been dating for a while but he didn’t let her post him on social media, claiming not to like it. At first, she thought he was cheating because she found it weird that he didn’t want that. Eventually she discovered that he had borrowed debts and he was on the run from his debtors. The lady recalled a time they went out together and she took a picture of his backview, threatening to post it but he begged profusely against her doing so. In her words; “Shebi na person I post wey no talk anything yi, my ex said he didn’t like his pictures posted on SM.
I thought he was cheating but it was worse, baba was owing people money and he was running from them. We went out one time and I loved his kicks so I took a picture of his back view.
I teased him about posting it, baba said no o please don’t.

Popular socialite, Blessing CEO lands in police custody after a petition was reportedly filed against her for accusing Davido of owing IVD motors N4M. This was reported by a Twitter user known as Otunba who also shared a video of the relationship therapist being interrogated.

However, IVD motors denied the debt as he claimed that Davido later cleared off his bill and he had apologized to Blessing for failing to update her on that.

Controversial socialite, Blessing CEO has called out Davido for owing the auto dealer where he bought a car for his aide, Israel DMW, 4.5 million naira. for over four years. It would be recalled that some years ago, the DMW boss surprised his aide, Israel DMW, with a brand new white Toyota Venza. Video of the purchase had made the rounds during the period.

Murphy Afolabi is owing me N1.4M” – Nigerian woman claims (Video)

A Nigerian businesswoman has come forward with a claim that the late Nollywood actor, Murphy Afolabi, owed her a significant sum of money before his untimely demise. The revelation was made by the woman during the Firdau Prayer held in honor of the late actor on Monday, May 22nd, 2023, in Lagos State.

The Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu has denied claims that his government owes some civil servants their salaries in the State.

Recall that the Governor-elect of Abia State, Alex Otti, while addressing some issues disclosed that his opponent, Ikpeazu owed some civil servants salaries. However reacting to the comment of Alex Otti, Gov Okezie Ikpeazu during an interview with Channels TV said no “core civil servant” is being owed any salary, adding that those that have issues with salaries are working in parastatals. “I have 31,000 workers in Abia workforce and 29,000 of them are up to date as we speak in salary payment… Parastatals receive subvention. I don’t pay their salaries because they are revenue-generating agencies of government,” Ikpeazu said. “But I don’t run away from responsibility, the issue of pension has been there perennially for the past 24 years. I did as much as I could, this government since inception passed through two to three recessions. When I came, within three months of my administration, I paid eleven months’ arrears of salary. “Those eleven months were there while I was governor. So, if you take up the position of governor you have accepted to take over both liability and asset and I don’t like to complain. I didn’t have to talk about what my predecessors did not do because what gave me my job in the first place was that there were things they didn’t do. So, for somebody to come and make a sweeping statement that no salary is being paid is a lie, I am not owing any core civil servant salary,” he added. He further argued that those working in Parastatals were already paid by the government.

Fast-rising artist, Charles Chibueze Chukwu, popularly known as Crayon pens a touching note as he visits his former secondary school.
The crooner who was signed by Don Jazzy into the Mavin Records label has grown to become one of the hottest music stars in Nigeria currently, especially due to the recently released ‘Overdose’ track.
Crayon, therefore, stormed his alma mater where he was duly received to perform for the students who displayed energetic vibes by dancing and singing with him on stage.
He went on to recount how he used to be a regular debtor in school and even found it difficult to pay his WAEC fee.
Having found favour, Crayon eulogized himself as the only star the school has ever produced and prayed for more stars to emanate from the school in the nearest future.
Sharing the video, he wrote:
“So I went to my secondary sch that I graduated from “Treasure court college” to motivate and inspire every kid that if I can do it they can do it too, and it was so special and emotional for me cos omo I used to be regular debtor in sch, I was owing sch fees till my waec day crazy! I remember my girl crying for me cos she thought I wouldn’t be able to write chemistry practical 😭 my mum came to pay last minute though, I remember I used to get whooped in class for sagging 💔😂 and now coming back to the sch as the only star that the sch has ever produced since the inception is an amazing feeling! I hope to see the sch produce more stars in the nearest future on God amen!❤️🙏🏽”

Man shares terms and conditions received from debtor owing sum of N450K

Man laments after receiving terms and conditions to be met from his debtor who took a loan of N750K for over three months.

According to a Twitter user identified as @senibobo, he loaned the sum of N750K to an individual with the promise of paying it back in a month but failed, only to receive N300K after three months.
In a new development, the loan defaulter instructed his benefactor to prepare a draft of agreement before he can get the rest of his money at the rate of N90K per month.
“You see why people never help! I borrowed this guy 750k since June 2021. Money he asked me to borrow him for a month, he defaulted & after 3 months he paid 300k. The remaining 450k, till now he hasn’t paid. See what the person sent me this morning. I should draft a letter. Lmao.”
