Famous Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Tems, is spotted with veteran international acts, Jay Z and Beyonce ahead of the 2023 Grammy Awards event.

The 65th annual awards show will be held at the Crypto.com Arena (formerly the Staples Center) on February 6, 2023, and to be hosted by Trevor Noah. Tems had bagged four nominations at the 2023 Grammy Awards; Album Of The Year, RENAISSANCE; Best Melodic Rap Performance, WAIT FOR U; Best Rap Song. WAIT FOR U; and Best Global Music Performance, Essence. Ahead of the event, Tems met and exchanged pleasantries with the power couple, Jay Z and Beyonce at the Roc Nation Brunch in Los Angeles.

Gabonese footballer, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was seen in Milan, Italy, on Friday night as he was seemingly in no mood to stay in London for the Premier League match between Chelsea and Fulham after finding out he was kicked out of the Blues’ Champions League squad. Earlier in the day, it was discovered that his name was omitted from Chelsea’s Champions League squad for their upcoming last-16 tie against Borussia Dortmund. Chelsea’s coach, Graham Potter added January signings Enzo Fernandez, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Joao Felix to the team, while new arrivals Benoit Badiashile, David Datro Fofana, and Noni Madueke didn’t make the cut. While Aubameyang’s Chelsea teammates played against Fulham in a match that ended 0-0, he was spotted in Milan with his family, going by an image his brother posted to Instagram. It is also unlikely that the 33-year-old footballer will get back in the team for their next fixture against West Ham on February 11. Chelsea will return to European action on February 15 when they travel to Germany to face Borussia Dortmund. The London team finished top of Group E with 13 points, ahead of AC Milan, Red Bull Salzburg, and Dinamo Zagreb.

Tchouameni apologizes after being spotted at NBA game during Real Madrid cup clash with Villarreal

Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni has issued a grovelling apology after missing Thursday’s Copa del Rey win over Villarreal to watch an NBA game in Paris. The French footballer sustained a calf injury during a La Liga encounter against the Yellow Submarine on January 7 and has remained out of action for some weeks. He missed both of Madrid’s Supercopa de Espana matches in Saudi Arabia last week. However, while his teammates fought so hard to get a 3-2 win over Villarreal in a round of 16 clash in the Copa del Rey, Tchouameni was caught enjoying an Eastern Conference NBA game between the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons in Paris. Real Madrid had to come from two goals behind to book their place in the next round of the Cup.

The midfielder’s action angered fans who have taken to social media to call him out. Tchouameni subsequently issued an apology, acknowledging he made a mistake by not staying in Spain to cheer on his teammates. He tweeted; “I apologise to my club, to the coaching staff, to my teammates and to Real Madrid fans for attending an event at the same time as we had an important game in the cup. I was closely following what was going on in Villarreal at all times but I made a mistake.
