Internationally recognized Nigeria Afrobeats singer, Rema sparks mixed reactions as he bemoans being different from what he used to be. The singer who recently bagged six nominations at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards following the success of his ‘Calm Down‘ track pens a cryptic note.

In a post on his Instagram page, Rema shared a photo of himself looking troubled while adding a caption written in Chinese language. “I’m not the same anymore :(,” he wrote while adding an emoticon that signifies ‘sad’. The post has since generated tons of reactions as some insinuated that the singer had joined the rumoured Illuminati group for the sake of fame.

“I can’t reach him anymore”

A young lady has lamented about her inability to reach her husband after their traditional marriage due to a misunderstanding. While sharing her story online, the lady disclosed that she refused to follow her husband after their traditional marriage. According to her, she wanted to move permanently to be with her husband after the white wedding.

The lady revealed that after the traditional marriage, she visited him one weekend and they argued about her refusal to move to the house of the man. She stated that after she left, she realized her husband has blocked her and all efforts to reach him has proved futile. Sharing her story via Godly Marriage and Relationship on Facebook, she said: “Pls I need some advice, I have a fiance we are married traditionally, we are not living together, but I always go to his place every weekend. “So last two weekends I was there so we had a little misunderstanding so I left his house, After getting home. I called him to inform him of my arrival at my place as usual but he gave me an unpleasant response. “So since then, I call him again the next day but no response, he didn’t call back, I chat him up no reply, now he has blocked me on social media I can’t reach him to communicate. Pls, advise me on what to do next pls.”

Nigerian crossdresser, Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky has claimed that he no longer has manhood. Bob posted a video from his recent spa visit which captured a young lady viciously scrubbing ‘his’ backside with some of their products.

Reacting to the controversial video, one Usman Olamilekan expressed concern about the lady having a great day looking at Bob’s ‘manhood’ while doing her job. “This woman will be seeing your gbola like that oooo,” he said. However, in his response, Bobrisky made it clear that he has taken it off and replaced it with a lady’s organ. “There’s nothing like that there anymore. 2023 Elections show Nigerian voters can’t be underrated anymore

President Muhammadu Buhari has shared that the outcome of the 2023 elections has shown that Nigerian voters cannot be underrated.

The president said this at an event in Dutse, Jigawa State, on Thursday, April 6, 2023. As per a statement issued by Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, Buhari said: “It is a testament to the maturity of our democracy and to the amazing sophistication of the voter. What shocked me was that the ordinary citizen who is usually underrated has made the point of his political understanding of things. Assumption is always that you are Governor for eight years and you go to the Senate to crown the career. No one should underrate the Nigerian voter anymore. Politics will be more difficult, henceforth.”

Former Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Chinenye Emenike has cried out from his sickbed due to his chronic ailment that seems to be taking a great toll on him.

Taking to his Instagram page, in a now-deleted post, the footballer shared a video which depicted the excruciating pain he’s currently passing through as a result of his illness.
Emenike who got social media users worried revealed that the pain is too much for him and his heart cannot bear it any longer.
Captioning the video, he wrote:
“God is good, the pain is too much for me and my heart cannot carry it anymore”

Reality Television star and actress, Erica Nlewedim has expressed frustration at Nigeria’s current insecurity challenge as she noted that she no longer wants to be a Nigerian.

The ever-gorgeous celebrity, who made the declaration in a post on her verified Twitter handle added that being a Nigerian is frustrating.
Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Erica wrote; ”I really don’t want to be a Nigerian anymore, it’s so frustrating.”

Her declaration is coming after Monday’s terrorist attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train which claimed innocent lives.

In an earlier post, she had wrote: “Sending prayers to the people involved in the kaduna/Abuja tragedy.”
