Man confused after Nigerian immigration officials forced them to engage in long prayer session

A Nigerian man has recounted the confusion that ensued after immigration officials walked into a passport waiting room he and others were in and forced them to engage in a long prayer session. The Twitter user, @gkbalogs revealed that the prayer session was held after he arrived at the passport office by 7:30 am.

He further revealed that Islamic and Christian prayers were said after a praise worship session. The Twitter user wrote; “I am thoroughly confused. I have been at the immigration office at Alausa since 7.30am with so much chaos and confusion. 2 officers came into the room now and commamded everyone to stand up, and they started a praise worship session, followed by a long prayer session.

Nollywood actress, Esther Nwachukwu has explained she’s involved in lots of controversies on social media. Speaking in an interview with Sunday Scoop, the actress said she deliberately engages in controversies on social media to gain popularity. Esther Nwachukwu said; “I am not a prostitute. I just decided to become controversial because I wanted to trend. I have been to so many auditions, but in the end, if one does not have money to produce one’s own movie or pay directors to give one a lead role, one would keep being a ‘handbag’ (being relegated). That is now what I want. I have auditioned for Big Brother Nigeria more than six times. I even got to the final stage but they did not pick me. “I have also been in Nollywood with nothing to show for it. It is either the director wants to sleep with one in exchange for a role, or one had to pay money, which I considered to be nonsense. That was why I decided to become controversial.” The actress who had in the past disclosed that she prefers dating married men, explained why she made the decision.

Esther added; “I am not dating a married man but if I see one, I will date him. They (married men) are less stressed and they take care of women better than single guys. If a married man has a girlfriend, he would take care of the girl. But, single guys have divided attention; they are always jumping from one woman to the other.” When asked if she isn’t afraid of being disgraced or attacked for dating a married man, she said; “It depends on how one handles it. One just has to respect the boundaries, and don’t interfere in his marriage. As a ‘side chic’, one should not call him when he is at home. As long as he is taking care of one, one does not need to blackmail him with his family. It is when one disrespects the family that it becomes dangerous. “Whether I date a married man or not, a side chic will date my husband. It is normal. It is the nature of men to cheat. Two female wedding guests caused a beautiful marriage ceremony to come to a halt as they engage in a fistfight.

A video of the ceremony has been shared online where two wedding guests were seen fighting while throwing plates and spoons at each other. In the video, it could be seen that while some women tried to separate the two women from fighting, others run for their lives in order to avoid being injured by the plates being thrown by the fighting women. Nigerian singer Olatunji Oladotun Alade, known well as Dotman was seen on a live Instagram video engaging in a heated argument with his wife.

It appears the singer and his wife are having issues in their marriage as Dotman was heard screaming on the live video that he wants a divorce.
His wife, Madison on the other hand could be heard yelling and arguing with him. Dotman was also heard saying that his wife is planning on eloping with their children.
The reason for their feud, however, remains unknown leaving fans with mixed reactions.
Dotman and his American wife, Madison tied the knot in 2020 and welcomed their children in 2021 and 2022.

Big Brother Naija Level Up housemates, Amaka and Phyna have engaged in an early morning drama barely three days in the house.
The two had been seen having what seemed to be a calm and decent conversation before everything suddenly went south and were it not for Bryan, they would have resorted to fist fights.

Amaka had told Phyna in their conversation that she doesn’t have much followers outside the house, so her efforts in the house would be what will put her ahead.
Amaka had talked about how she would want to get into the heads of other housemates which seems to have angered her friend Phyna who said that that Amaka “sounded like someone who wants to play mind-game with everybody.”

This resulted in Phyna calling Amaka unprintable names like “A big idiot”, “manipulative” and “senseless.”
