Nollywood actor IK Ogbonna has said that his private life is his business and thus owes no one an explanation about his divorce.

IK Ogbonna and his ex-wife, Sonia Morales got divorced a few years after their marriage in 2015. The former couple was blessed with a son. However, the news of their marriage crash started circulating in 2018 and by August 2019, Sonia confirmed the union was over. Following his long silence over his divorce from his ex-wife, IK Ogbonna told The PUNCH in an interview that his marriage and divorce are his private life and doesn’t see why he should speak publicly about it. In his words; “I have never said the cause of my separation, it has been all speculation and I would like the public to hold on to those speculations if they choose to do so. “My private life doesn’t necessarily concern the world but, what I choose the world to know is what I make the public know about me. Things that don’t work out don’t mean I and the person would fall apart, or I come on social media and start saying these are the reasons why it did not work. It didn’t work but we are still friends.”

The reality star and hype priestess took to her social media page to bemoan how her privacy had changed since becoming famous. She had been repeatedly ridiculed and has received death threats from faceless critics who detest her for unfathomable reasons. Phyna who had had enough with the whole threats took to her Twitter page to tender a general apology while pleading for her old life back. She wrote: “At this point everybody who don’t like me wins, and I’m sorry you don’t like me. I hereby say I will no longer do too much and I will take a break to allow you and those you like shine, just stop the death threats already, but the using fake account? “God of Mercy. I thought BBN was just a game. I’m sorry if I have offended anyone while in the house and out. Please enough of the death threats behind fake accounts. I don dey beg o. The man could be heard speaking in the Igbo dialect complaining about the struggle of wearing sweaters and gloves because of the cold. He pressed on to complain about the cost of rent while comparing Nigeria to the UK where it cost him 1,400 pounds monthly for a room; a rough estimate of almost N1.3M.

“I was in Nigeria enjoying and living in a duplex and I came to London, they’re telling me just one room for 1,400 pounds which is almost N1.3 million. “Now I am just going nearby to buy something but I must wear shoes. Still wear sweater, cap, and hand gloves as if I am travelling. Whilst it’s just this close place I’m going to. “What kind of rubbish country is this? He, however, clarified his statement by noting that APC and PDP supporters were in the same space as his team, hence, he isn’t pointing fingers at anyone. Nollywood actress, Adunni Ade has called out MC Oluomo’s aide, Koko Zaria, over an alleged threat to her life.

In an Instagram post that is currently trending, Adunni revealed she had contacted the US embassy in Nigeria, police, and other relevant authorities over the video made by Koko Zaria. She alleged that in the video, the National Union of Road Transport Workers in Lagos, Koko Zaria threatened to deal with her over her. She adds that this trails her comments on certain entertainers being paid money to campaign for a candidate in the 2023 elections. Adunni, however, urged members of the general public to be aware of the situation and hold Koko Zaria responsible if anything happens to her.
