Nollywlld actress and politician Tonto Dikeh has raised an alarm concerning some scary educational materials used in school.

In a video shared on Tonto Dikeh’s page, it could be seen that a school had some reading materials for young kids in pre-school which contained explicit photos and photos of cartoons being intimate. Also, there were books that contained information and cartoons drawn in books containing Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and transgender known well as LGBT. Sharing the video, Tonto Dikeh urged parents to protect their children from such school materials and always have keen eyes on their school materials. She wrote; “THE INDEED IS GONNO END SOON.

The world is forcing so much on the younger generation with fragile minds.
I don’t judge any lifestyle but I have a problem when it comes to introducing harmful materials to minors..

Appeal court orders INEC to grant Peter Obi access to inspect election materials

The court of appeals has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to give Peter Obi access to election materials.

Earlier today, it was reported that Peter Obi canceled his campaign trips and attend court proceedings with his lawyers after he sued the INEC, APC, and Bola Tinubu. He further accused INEC of refusing him to have access to the election materials before they declare Tinubu as president of Nigeria. In a new development, the court has granted the Labour Party access to inspect the materials. It has also given INEC permission to reconfigure BVAS after all the parties involved have gotten access to the materials.

Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi has said that he would be putting a hold on his whistle-stop campaign for governorship and state assembly candidates of the party today, March 8, following the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) refusal to allow them to inspect the materials (including BVAS) from the February 25 presidential elections.

Recall that Labour Party and Peoples Democratic Party were granted access to inspect sensitive materials used by INEC in the presidential election by a Court of Appeal. Obi, in tweets he shared, said he would be accompanying his lawyers to court over the issue. He also urged his supporters to vote for all Labour party candidates in the forthcoming election. The president-elect, Bola Tinubu has sought a court order to obtain materials from INEC to defend himself in court.

Bola Tinubu has urged the Court of Appeals to order the International  National Electoral Commission (INEC) to release to him some sensitive materials used during the 2023 elections. This appeal from Bola Tinubu came after the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi sued INEC, Bola Tinubu and the APC for rigging the elections. Speaking through his lawyer, Mr. Akintola Makinde, on Tuesday, March 7, Tinubu said: “The materials will be relevant in helping us to prepare our defense and also make comparison with the information contained in INEC’s back-end server.”

The chaos overwhelmed the police officer at the unit, who rode away on a motorcycle, abandoning the voters. Despite the voters’ insistence on casting their ballots for their preferred candidate, they were denied the opportunity, according to an anonymous voter. The alleged PDP thugs reportedly overpowered the voters, leading to a chaotic situation. A female officer, who had earlier left the unit, returned with her colleagues and fired tear gas canisters at the dispersed voters in their various homes. Several voters, who claimed not to be PDP supporters, were allegedly deprived of their voting rights during the presidential election. Furthermore, suspected thugs reportedly destroyed election materials designated for specific units at the well-known Urua Anwa junction in the Etim Ekpo local government area by puncturing the vehicle’s tyres.
