An estate agent has been arrested by Police in Benue State he allegedly killed a student who gave him money to find an apartment for her.

Shagbaor Ugosor Japhet was arrested after reportedly receiving N150K from the woman to find her an apartment. The lady, Erekaa Dooshimaa, a 300 level student of Benue State University Makurdi, went missing before her body was found with blood stains at Brewery Quarters on February 22. Detectives traced her killers after going through her bank account from which she transferred N150k to the suspect. Dooshima The suspect said that he used the money to stake a bet. He added that he later called the 25-year-old lady and hacked her to death. “When she arrived at the dark corner of the street where I called her to come, I cut her with a machete several times leading to her death. After killing her, I took her body with her iPhone and d¥mped her body on the street to make it look like someone else killed her.” Unfortunately for Shagbaor, the POS machine Dooshima used to make the transfer to him was tracked and he was arrested.

Erekaa Naomi Dooshima, a 300-level student of Benue State University has been reportedly found dead a few days after she went missing.

Dooshima, also known as Affection, who was a Mass Communication. She was reported missing three days ago and all efforts made to locate her whereabouts proved abortive. According to Benue activist, Ukan Kurugh, a phone, ID card, and blood-stained clothes allegedly belonging to the student were found around Rahama clinic opposite Medical school in Makurdi on Tuesday, February 21. The missing 300-level student’s body was found on Wednesday, February 22. Dooshima’s body is currently being exhumed by operatives of the Benue State Police Command.

The agent of Christian Atsu, Nana Sechere, insists that the former Newcastle and Chelsea player is still missing following reports of being rescued alive from the aftermath of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria on February 6, Monday.

It was earlier reported that the 31-year-old had been rescued after his voice was heard under the rubble of his home in Turkey on Tuesday. According to Hayatspork, the spokesman for the winger’s club, he was rushed to the hospital with undisclosed injuries after a miraculous rescue. But, a recent statement made by the player’s agent, Nana Sechere, has indicated that the player’s whereabouts are still unknown and unconfirmed.

A video making rounds on social media captured a dramatic wedding event where things went from jolly to sour as a result of maggi and malt.
According to the narration of the party planner, the event was going smoothly until the bride’s family noticed missing items from the bride’s list.
Maggi and some crates of malts were stated on the list but the groom failed to provide them, hence, the termination of the party.

As a result of the heat of the event, the groom was said to have taken off while the remaining family members at the event argued and left the scene in groups.

Kabiru Masari, running mate to the All Progressives Congress’ (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has told the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that his original certificates are missing.
Masari’s revelation comes in the middle of the controversy surrounding Tinubu’s primary and secondary schools certificates.

Reports have it that Masari in particulars submitted to INEC deposed to an affidavit on the loss of his primary and secondary schools certificates.
He however said that he attended Masari Primary school, Katsina State between 1972-78 and obtained a Grade 2 Certificate from Katsina Teachers College in 1982 and a Higher Certificate in 1995.
Masari in the sworn affidavit for ‘Loss of Some Original Documents’ obtained from Divisional Police Headquarter, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja attached to the particulars he submitted to INEC said that in January 2021, while on transit within Wuse, Area FCT, Abuja, he lost his Certificate of Grade 2 Certificate from Katsina Teachers College and First Leaving Primary School Certificate issued by Masari Primary School, Katsina State, (1972-78).
He also said that all efforts made to trace the items proved abortive.
Masari’s sworn affidavit read in part: “Ibrahim Kabiru Masari, male, Muslim, Nigerian citizen of Abubakar Rimi Crescent, National Assembly Quarters, Apo, FCT– Abuja, declare an oath and state as follows:
“That I am the above-named persons and bonafide owner of the under-listed documents. That sometimes in January 2021, while on transit within Wuse Area, FCT– Abuja, I discovered that my original Certificate of Occupancy of plot NoKT 17522, GRA Katsina Estate; Certificate of Kaduna State Development Centre from 1994-95; Grade 11 Certificate from Katsina Teachers College from 1979-83 and First Leaving School Certificate issued by Masari Primary School Katsina State from 1972-78 got lost.
“That all efforts made to trace the documents proved abortive hence this affidavit. That this affidavit is required for record purpose and for all authorities and persons concerned to take note.”

Recall that on Sunday, several reports claimed that all is not well with their marriage.
 

The reports cited financial misappropriation by JJC Skillz as the sole cause of their marital troubles.
However, in a post shared on his Instagram and addressed to his wife, JJC, who is presently in London, noted that their marriage is steady.
He wrote, “The only rock that stays steady and the only institution I know that works is marriage.

Five students of university of Uyo have been apprehended after their land lord’s plantain went missing.

According to reports, the students were apprehended in the early hours of Tuesday, March 29 on the request of their land lord.
Although, in a recent development, Saviour Udoh, a businessman revealed that he has secured bail of the students.
The businessman said:
“I’ve succeeded in securing BAIL as thier SURETY for the five (5) students of the University of Uyo who were arrested earlier this morning by thier landlord. I want to specially thank the Dean students affairs, University of Uyo for his swift response, the SUG president & vice for thier support, presence and solicitations too.”

Video footage captures the moment a disgruntled man created a scene in a banking hall by carrying away the printer in agitation.

According to the report, the incident occurred in Asaba, Delta State. The man whose funds disappeared since two months decided to adopt this unfriendly strategy in order to get the bankers to look into his case.
The man who proceeded to the door with the printer stopped and asked if they were now ready to attend to him.
In the clip, other individuals were seen pleading and trying to calm him down. It is no longer strange that Nigerians complain about missing funds from their bank accounts which takes ages to be refunded.
