National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS have endorsed the presidential candidate for the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Tinubu.

According to reports,  meeting of the national stakeholders or the Nigerian students’ communities have endorsed the presidential candidate for APC, Bola Tinubu to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in the coming elections. A lot of celebrities and organisations have openly declared their stand for their preferred candidate and the NANs are not exception. This endorsement from NANs comes after an intensive meeting which ended Thursday evening in Abuja. According to the students’ stakeholders, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is someone who can be trusted in the management of student affairs and human capital development. In a statement signed by the President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Umar Barambu, National Secretary, Vice President, the National Vice President Special Duties, and other dignitaries of the organization reads; “By the magnitude of infrastructure revolution under his leadership we can trust him,
By evidence of his campaigns and consultations, from party primaries to candidature, we accept his capabilities and capacity to lead Nigeria. “As a result of his mentorship and human capacity development, the hopes of a boy child/ girl Child /students achieving their dreams and lifetime ambition remain realistic. “By proofs of creative models of funding in times of LG financial crisis, revenue shortfalls and political arm twisting, his ingenuity and robust team of players and multi-ethnic cabinet assures us of his innovative ability to terminate strikes and transform the education sector. “In this regard and recognition of the roles played in the unity of the National Students Body and resolution of ASUU/ASUP crisis. “It is our firm resolve to address and present our decision that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed TINUBU is hereby endorsed and chosen as our only and preferred candidate for the Saturday, Feb 25, 2023 election.

The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari has addressed Nigerians concerning the forthcoming election.

With the election just a couple of days away, the outgoing present of the nation takes to his official Facebook page to address his people. He urged the contestants to accept the results of the election in good faith. President Buhari wrote: “Since my assumption of office, we have worked so hard to ensure that we pass on a legacy of free, fair, credible, safe, and peaceful elections. We will continue to act with neutrality and allow the rule of law to take precedence over political expediency.
We have demonstrated that with the off-cycle elections in Edo, Ondo, Anambra, Ekiti and Osun States. We allowed Nigerians to decide who should govern them. We are committed to this legacy in this administration.
I am asking @inecnigeria, the security agencies and all other relevant institutions to be firm and courageous, and to abide by the laws and constitutional provisions in conducting the elections. You are assured of this administration’s full and continuous support. We must constantly improve our electoral process using technology and all the positive elements it brings, to consolidate the integrity of our elections. I urge the candidates contesting these elections at all levels to respect the choice of voters and accept the result of the elections as announced by @inecnigeria, the agency empowered by law to do so. Any aggrieved candidate should resort to the established judicial processes, and we must have the confidence to trust our legal systems.
Let me remind all Nigerians, not for the first time, that, this is the only country we have, and we must do everything to keep it safe, united and peaceful. There should be no riots or acts of violence after the announcement of the election results. All grievances, personal or institutional, should be channeled to the relevant Courts.

Lady breaks down in tears after she was reportedly beaten up by commuters on a danfo bus for saying that APC presidential candidate, Tinubu, would win the 2023 election. In a video making the rounds on social media, the unidentified lady was seen being jeered by some passengers.

The lady who was still in tears after being unfairly beat up for jokingly stating her own candidate said that she as well doesn’t like the present state of Nigeria, that she had only been joking. “She jokingly said Tinubu will win the election,” the caption attached to the video read. President Mahammadu Buhari has reportedly jetted out of Nigeria amidst the scarcity of Nigeria to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The theme of the AU Summit is “Acceleration of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Implementation.” Prez Buhari will participate in three “High-level meetings on peace and security, climate change and the political situation in some West African countries.” Garba Shehu in a press statement on Thursday morning said that the first meeting of President Buhari is the Peace and Security Council (PSC) meeting of Heads of State and Government on the situation in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (AUPSC High-Level AU) which will be chaired by the President of South Africa. Also, the second is the meeting of the Committee of the Heads of State and Government on Climate Change (CAHOSCC), currently chaired by the President of the Niger Republic.

Divorcee pastor vows to ban condoms if elected president

A Ghanaian pastor by the name, Christian Kwabena Andrew, the founder of Life Assembly Worship Center, has declared his intention to ban condoms if he becomes president. The cleric who is running for presidency under Ghana Union Movement Party said this while speaking in an interview on Dawdne TV.

In the video, he opined that the use of condoms is useless since diseases contracted can be treated in hospitals. He added that wearing it would only defeat the purpose of intimacy. Amused by this, the host asked if he would ban the importation of condoms if elected president while also informing him that there’s no cure for HIV/AIDS.

The pastor had gone viral after he revealed, while preaching, that his wife had left him after he fathered a child with another woman. Reports have also revealed that his wife who told her side of the story disclosed that he’s a hardcase lecher who beds every woman that comes his way, including his church members. Femi Adesina, his spokes person said in a statement on Sunday. “President Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, receive ‘African Award for Strengthening Peace’ in Nouakchott, Islamic Republic of Mauritania, for his leadership role in promoting peace on the continent, through regular inventions, counsels and conciliatory position. The award will be presented to President Buhari by the Abu Dhabi Peace Forum, which is an assembly of leaders established in 2014 to pursue new ways to embrace inclusive citizenship, promote lasting peace, and work towards a safer and more sustainable world for everyone. Before the international recognition for serving Nigeria, and the larger interest of peace in Africa, the President will participate in the Programme of the Third Forum of the African Conference for Peace, where he will deliver a speech on milestones and gains in the African peace process,” the statement reads.
