The match in question was Tuchel’s last as Chelsea manager in the Premier League, with the score level at half-time. It was gathered that Boehly wanted to give a group of guests including children a personal tour at half-time of the game but was denied entry to the dressing room by the manager who was angry with his players. The American thereafter returned to his seat up in the directors’ box. Tuchel was relieved of his duties just days later after a defeat to Dinamo Zagreb. The German who has since returned to the Bundesliga to manage Bayern Munich was replaced by former Brighton coach, Graham Potter.
