Brymo tenders apology for his Anti-Igbo remarks

Popular musician, Brymo has submitted an apology to the Igbos for his remarks against the tribe after incurring heavy criticisms.

This comes after the singer was roundly excoriated by Nigerians for his Anti-Igbo remarks which spurred thousands of Nigerians signed a petition to impede the singer from winning the All Africa Music Award where he was nominated in the ‘Songwriter of the Year’ category. It was reported that the singer had insulted the tribe, saying that the country isn’t ready for an Igbo presidency and other such remarks. He recently took to his Twitter to apologize for his comments adding that he meant no harm. Brymo wrote; “Forgive my assertions that came across as bigoted spewings against the Igbo tribe, I did not mean to do harm, I am sorry!! ..”

Former BBNaija star, Cyph tenders a heartfelt apology to Chichi‘s fans over his comment earlier as she turns 23 today, the 10th of January.

Chichi sprung a controversy on the internet after she announced her new age as 23 in a Tweet prior to her birthday. Popular Nollywood actor, Alexx Ekubo, is accused of being behind the public apology of his ex-fiancee, Fancy Acholonu, as payback.

This comes days following the apology penned by Fancy seeking a do-over after months of breaking their engagement.

In some replies to fans, the estranged lady confirmed that the apology was indeed forced and now she knows better not to have obliged.

Fancy Acholonu is also said to have been blocked by Alexx Ekubo following the apology used to write the wrongs caused after their separation.

Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has reacted to the response from Uche Elendu after she rendered a public apology for calling her.

It would be recalled that Anita Joseph called out her best friend Uche Elendu three years ago and accused her of practicing witchcraft. Anita Joseph also accused Uche of not wanting her to prosper in her modeling business.
Three years down the line, Anita Joseph has rendered a public apology to her best friend in a video posted on her page.
She said;
“To err is human and to forgive is divine”. Some years back, I called my best friend out, Uche Elendu. I was hurt but I was supposed to do that. I am using this medium to say am sorry. Speculations as Alexx Ekubo replies Fancy’s apology

Popular Nollywood actor, Alexx Ekubo, replies to his ex-fiancee, Fancy Acholonu, following her public heartfelt apology.

It would be recalled that Fancy once broke her engagement with the actor after which backlash trailed both lovers.
In a recent development, the model penned a heartfelt apology to Alexx Ekubo pleading for a makeover while emphasizing the hurt she caused him.
Alexx who snubbed the apology at first to mourn his late grandmother finally addressed the lengthy note series of mixed reactions.

In reply to the note, the actor made his response concise by stating how well it met him.
” I appreciate the apology, may God bless us all. 🙏🏾,” he wrote.

This, however, stirred waves of mixed reactions which many referred to as savage while calling Ekubo the major cause of the separation.

Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo is yet to respond to the public apology of his estranged ex-fiancee Fancy Acholonu as he shares new posts.

Alexx Ekubo has taken to his page to mourn his late grandmother who was buried over the weekend. He shared a video from his hometown making it back home. He disclosed how everyone misses the 92-year-old woman who was buried while asking his grandmother to watch over him and everyone.
He wrote;
“Last week I was in my hometown Arochukwu, Abia State to Celebrate the life of my Maternal Grandmother Ezinne Mary Epsom Onyekwere who joined the host of Angels at the age of 92.

Popular Afrobeat singer, Portable, tenders a public apology to the organizers of the Headies Award following a subtle threat to his co-nominees.
This comes following the nomination of the singer in two categories, ‘Best Street-Hop Artiste’ and ‘Rookie of the Year’ after which he jokingly threatened his co-nominees and the organizers.

Following the claim made by Portable, Headies filed a complaint to the Police on the threat to life as it dissociates itself from violence.
The organizers further insisted that the singer retract his threat while stating other conditions to be met also in an undertaken published on their page.
