Student caught after reportedly stealing lecturer’s bag, which contained valuables, during exam and selling it for N10K. It was gathered that the incident had occured at University of Jos while the department was holding an examination.

The bag was reported to contain 18,000 naira, a laptop and several important credentials. It was learned that all the students were called back after the bag went missing, whereupon, one student, who was absent, was suspected. The source revealed that the suspected was later caught, and he confessed to stealing the bag and selling it for 10,000 naira. An unidentified pregnant woman stabs her house girl, Chinasa Anemem, after discovering that she failed to wash a bag at their residence on Simeon Oniyimofe Street in the Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State. According to reports, following the incident, the pregnant woman left Anemem, who was bleeding heavily, alone at home.

A video of a bus driver confronting a policeman after he conducted a “routine” search on his vehicle is currently trending online. The aggrieved bus driver who was on his way to Umuahia, Abia state’s capital, was heard narrating what happened between them and one of the police officers who whipped out his phone to also record the scene with his colleague.

He accused the police officer of tearing a passenger’s bag during the search and refusing to pay for the damage. What the security operative muttered while the bus driver laid out his grievance was inaudible. He (bus driver) went on to say he won’t be moving out his vehicle which he blocked the road with, until the policeman pays for the damage.
