Nigerian songstress, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, professionally known as Ayra Starr has replied those who criticize her fashion choices.
The artist, known for her hit song “Bloody Samaritan,” has faced severe backlash on social media platforms due to her revealing outfits. However, during a recent interview with London’s Kiss FM, Ayra Starr stated that her critics have no right to offer her advice. She believes that only her mother, pastor, and Jesus have the authority to advise her on what she should wear. She expressed her views by saying: “You are not my pastor, you are not Jesus, you are not my mother, so keep it to yourself. I don’t wanna know. I don’t give a damn.” Ayra Starr also disclosed on the show that she plans to venture into the fashion industry in the future.
France’s coach, Didier Deschamps announced on Tuesday, March 22, that Mbappe will be taking over from Hugo Lloris and Raphael Varane who retired after the 2022 World Cup with a silver medal. While so many questions have been raised over whether Mbappe is deserving of the armband, Konate labeled his teammate’s critics as “crazy”, adding that he’s a very good leader, on and off the pitch. The Liverpool defender told Eurosport; “Even if I had a say in this, it would not change a thing. It’s the coach’s decision but I’m very happy. Honestly, Kylian deserves it. We’re unanimous on this. He deserves it with what he’s done at the World Cup and with PSG as well. 
“He’s a very good leader, on and off the pitch. He’s a young lad who loves to laugh and have fun, nothing more. He’s a very good person. Some may think he’s arrogant. It’s something I was asked about in my club and elsewhere. To them, I say ‘Are you crazy? He’s so nice.’ Of course, he will be a good skipper.” Also responding to claim of Atletico Madrid star, Antonio Griezmann who turned 32 on the day of the announcement, reacting badly to it, Konate added; “I did not see him sulking at all. Besides, it’s his birthday.“ 
De Bruyne who has started just five of City’s last nine games and was back on the bench for a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace, stated that he’s been playing quite well even though there’ve been fewer assists. He said; “Obviously, people have a different standard [for me] to a lot of players. It’s just what it is. People expect me to score every game and assist every game. I think I’ve been playing quite well. Maybe there have been fewer assists but I don’t think I’ve been creating less. I don’t really look at these things. I feel fine. “I think I’m playing alright – maybe not the best I’ve every played but it’s good. You know the stats – I’ve created the most in the league and have the most assists and I’ve not even played four or five games. For me, it is the same. I’ve been doing the same thing for eight years here and 15 years in professional football so I’m feeling fine. I expect more from myself than you guys will ever do. You know what people are going to say outside but there’s no pressure. I play football because I like it, not because I have to, so it’s good.” 
The Manchester City star added that he’s quite an “old man” in the game when compared to some youngsters. De Bruyne added; “Whenever I go on the pitch I try to do what I do always. I don’t feel that I necessarily have to do something different. I’m an old man in this game, I know how it is. I’m fine. Obviously you want to play as much as possible but if you don’t play you do the best for 10 minutes and that’s what I did and get the win for the team. I don’t have to do anything different. People know who I am after eight years, know what I do for the team, what I’m good at and what I’m not good at. I don’t want to do different things that I’m not good at on and off the pitch. Everyone has his role to play and that’s really important to maintain your role.” De Bruyne has scored five goals and registered 17 assists for City this season. 
It was reported earlier that the English club has been charged with 101 breaches of financial regulations since the takeover by the Abu Dhabi United Group in 2008, with the punishment a long way from being decided. Reacting to questions on the development from reporters on Friday, February 10, Guardiola stated that while he feels they’ve already been condemned even though prosecutors are yet to prove the charges, he still believes they are “innocent until proven guilty”. 
The club’s coach said; “My thought is that we have already been condemned. Since Monday it is like what happened with UEFA. The club proved that they were completely innocent, why should I think right now, with just charges of suggestions… You have to understand that the 19 teams of the Premier League are accusing us without opportunity to defend ourselves. You know exactly on what side I am. “We are lucky we live in a society where everybody is innocent until proven guilty. We didn’t have this opportunity. (People say) we are already guilty. I think we have good lawyers but the Premier League – supported by 19 teams – are going to take good lawyers too. If we are not innocent we will accept what the judge or Premier League decide, but what happens if it’s the same as UEFA and we are innocent? What happens to restore our damage?” 
The charges slammed against the club came after an investigation carried out over a four-year period. The case has now been passed to an independent commission that will determine whether any further action is required. If the charges are proven to be true, then City could be deducted points or even relegated from the top flight. Speaking to reporters, Kompany who is now Burnley’s coach said he’s standing firmly by Manchester City during this difficult phase. He also lashed out at critics who are “pointing fingers”. 
He said; “I look at it and sometimes roll my eyes a little bit. No doubt there’s a lot of righteousness in the world to come and tell you what you’ve done wrong, and then if everybody looks at themselves, I think the football industry in general is not one that can afford to point the finger too many times. “I think all of you will have a little bit of a smile on your face to know what the football industry is about. I’m very sceptical when people start pointing fingers. Do the best for yourself and let’s try and improve all the time but I’m a little bit sceptical when the fingers get pointed easily.”
